1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder

½ cup oil

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4-5 green chilli

1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp pepper corns
6 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
5-6 cloves
¼ nutmeg
1 mace
1 star anise

2½ cup rice
2 tbsp salt
cinnamon stick
bay leaves
lemon juice

caraway seeds or cumin seeds
