Taco Land: Ep 16: Tigres Fuego has KILLER Sweet Potato, Carne Asada and Turkey Carnitas Tacos!

Redondo Beach has some really great food just about everywhere. Adding Tigres Fuego tacos to this list! Their Mushroom and Sweet potato taco, along with the Carne Asada taco are both superb (5 stars!). And the Turkey Carnitas taco is a really tasty and new twist on the classic carnitas taco.
The Carne Asada has perfectly cooked steak on a flour tortilla with jack cheese, pinto beans, onion, cilantro, avocado salsa and salsa roja. You can taste all the ingredients, and they don’t interfere or overpower each other.
Absolutely delicious!
The Sweet Potato and Mushroom taco is on a freshly made corn tortilla with sweet potato and mushrooms (naturally), onion, cilantro, cotija cheese, crema and macha salsa (contains pecans). I never thought of putting these ingredients together in a taco. Wow-worthy!
The Turkey Carnitas taco is served on a corn tortilla, with onion, cilantro, avocado salsa and salsa verde. You definitely get that turkey flavor with the shredded dark meat cooked pretty much exactly how pork carnitas are made. If you crave fusion tacos…give this a try!
Tigres Fuego is a stand-out and must-try if you love tacos! Can't wait to go back!
