I advice everyone to learn arabic, guys don't underestimate the pleasure of being able to read quran fluently and understand most of the meanings and read the hadiths of the prophet عليه الصلاة و السلام. As well as being a student of knowledge to raise the ignorance out of your self and assist others, and most importantly you learning arabic to get more deeds and be closer to Allah

16:34 people don't usually get that. Even those who were born with Arabic as the mother tongue go to Tafseer (scolars' translations) to understand the exact meaning of a verse. Everyone goes back to the Tafseer from Regular Muslims to the scholars themselves.

As a linguist who has studied multiple languages, learning a foreign language takes a long time even though with experience you develop some techniques. It's possible to be very proficient but complete fluency is rare. This is usually only possible if it is your native language. Even if you never hear your native language again, it is still your point of reference. When you learn a language as an adult, it will always be subordinate to your native language.

This isn’t true. At one point you didn’t even know your native language. We have access to every known language in this times we are living in, you have to immerse yourself in the culture(via the internet) by watching news, making friends online to practice your conversations, etc. the human brain is very capable of being fluent in 100 languages.
