I like how they managed to get that comic book look without looking like a lower res borderlands, really looks interesting
it's because they use billboarding sprites instead of cell shaded meshes for most details and enemies.

Getting some serious Dusk vibes from this, despite the different artstyle, especially from the music.
It's mostly Heavily inspired by Blood and also has a lot of the same developers from Blood but what's cool about Dusk is that is also inspired by Blood in the final and the man who voices the final boss in dusk is the voice of the main protagonist in Blood.

Had a very good time playing this game! It's a stylish boomer shooter inspired by the original DOOM games, but the voice acting gets a bit obnoxious at times. Overall a great experience 4/5 has a little something for every super shotty enthusiast

this is a good game, I passed it 2 times for both heroes, sometimes difficult, but interesting. the only fault I have with the voice-over of a journalist, she seems to face monsters from other worlds every day, there is no fear in her voice at all, another thing is a priest, I like the voice-over of a priest

Got it as part of the boomstick bundle a few months ago. Amazing to see a succesful early acces release for a great game.
The visual style was love at first sight and the gunplay was beyond satisfying. Some of the voice acting and the writing wasn't that great though, but I don't think that many of us buy into these games for a story anyway. I don't at least.
And now time to wait for the other boomstick bundle games to get their release. Dread templar is already an absolute gem to play in early acces.
I love the 2d art style for the player model and enemies. As well as the voodoo doll you crush to kill enemies, and the camera flash to stun.

This is like a 3d version of that one flash game where you play as a priest in an apocalypse and shoot zombies but more explosions

I actually think this graphic novel-style esthetic would fit perfectly to a zombie survival horror game, I'm just thinking about the walking dead comics translated through an interactive game.

It's called "Abyss" from the OST, search up "Forgive me Father OST" in youtube and it should be the third song in the playlist.

This game is so unbelievably good. The artstyle, the lovecraftian topic, the gun variety, the SOUNDTRACK oh man the soundtrack is freaking amazing, it's my favorite type of violent metal mixed with electronics. Great game guys, you should definitely try it

I love it. It reminds me of 1996 Blood but with Darkest Dungeon art style
Pretty visually stylish game, it does get a bit annoying with the ammo sometime but overall was a fun experience. Also the soundtrack is a hidden gem, some of the tracks have no right to be so awesome.

Honestly, a lot of modern fast-paced shooters have excellent soundtrack, but the quality of metal in this one is just pure gold.
I think I even like it more than Doom Eternal's OST.
