Do I need to have an epheria sailboat before doing this? Sorry I'm a noob but really want to get into sailing + bartering. I finished the oquilla's eye quest and I'm now wondering what I should do
You would yes. A Epheria Sailboat builds into a caravel. You can skip the upgraded version but you need the sailboat at least. Also you need it to do the tier 1 barters.
I don't have the two quests in Oquilla eye, they don't have any quest and i have no idea the prerequisites, i will try researching but if you have any idea i appreciate it.
OK ... so, to get the Island Tree Plywood and Rock Ingot, "when you see the barter come up" ... ? No one ever actually explains or shows this. Do I have to raise my Barter level? Do I have to keep refreshing the barter route thing every day until I see it as a trade good?
@@NrcInuyasha I think I saw a TH-cam owners comment tell someone to do the 'ship part' refresh, not the 'trade item' refresh. I have my Frigate (took just over 3 weeks), and I collected all the mats for the upgrade while I was doing mats for the ship itself. Only thing I don't have are those ingots and plywoods (trading). I'm new to trading, so, I don't understand the dynamics. *So ... just keep trading ... refresh the "ship part" option ... and eventually I'll get something that allows me to trade in my lvl 2 trade item for those plank and ingot mats.* Right?
If you are going to be bartering, advanced carrack. If you want it for fighting you would go with a Valor or Volante which is from a Galleass. (valor is damage volante is speed)
@@NrcInuyasha if you think with a long term, wich is the better at best? Because i dont havr any knowledge when it comes to end game ships? Because i dont knoe if bartering that worth in late game stages and i dont kbow ehat the sea monsters gave me =)) srry soo many question xD
@@fatihhadi1472 Epheria Sailboat > Caravel > Advanced Carrack. This will give you the most boat weight for bartering. Bartering is extremely profitable although you can only do it for around 3 hours tops with a advanced carrack. It's still extremely good money for the short amount of time you can do it though.
Everyone who is having a hard time finding Working the Ash Tree quest; Make sure you have your quest notification for life skills turned on. Otherwise, it won't show. Then go to Ficy in Heidel a few steps near Lebyos. Good Hunting!
Are you attempting to grab the quest on the same character? Other than that I'm unsure what to try. Make sure you don't have the letter to start the quest and all that I suppose.

@@gdg_y.o.l.o6909 you can fish the swordfish there at crows nest. The barter for the t2 items are just a barter. Check your barters each refresh you do.
@@gdg_y.o.l.o6909 They are at a island where you barter for the materials. It's RNG what ship materials show up each refresh. It'll be a island north west of Port Epheria though.

barter count is the number of barters you have done. Just do more barters.

I cancelled day 1 quest now, I cant get it again :( , like that I lose 25 mats each, what to do ??
