Hey everyone! Please note that at 5:05 when I mention the coin trades, ideally you want to aim for 300+ but when starting out I said 500+ to make the journey is more worthwhile (due to speed differences) as the locations are normally in far to reach places such as Hakoven Island which will draw out your barter times / progression. By doing this it will save time on trips and get your caravel faster. Later on you can set up another alt and 2nd Epheria sailboat with tier 5 supplies at Ancado inner harbor which you can sail from to Hakoven island to save time. In my opinion here are the ideal sea coin trades: Hakoven Island: 300+ (500+ until you get caravel to save on time unless you have some afk sailing time available) Margoria on the way to another barter route: 100+ Hope this helps!
dood. thank you so much. i was wasting time doing one whole route when i can just work every one of them through grades. this is my 2nd day bartering and i really like it because its a nice semi-afk method of making money. the guide is simple and concise. gave much information needed for a new barterer like me.
I think this is the 6th video guide I watched and yours is by far the best. Clear and concise! But at 9:24 you show the boat parts as blue +10...you can upgrade with +10 green right?
Thank you very much. As far as I know the requirements are for the Epheria: Old gear purchased from Philaberto Falasi in Port Epheria. Hope this helps!
You can get the Deep Sea Memory Filled Glue from bartering as well (with the Ship Material Refresh), all 4 in one trade (for level 4) or one at a time (for level 2). Also the Seaweed Stalk. You have to stockpile all those level 2, 3, 4 items because you don't get trade routes starting from level 1 with the Ship Material Refresh. For the cost to get the initial level 1 item, you have to look at the price per item but also the stack size. The price per level 1 item can range from 400k (e.g. 30x Sinners Blood, 1100x Pistachio, 200 Flax Thread) up to 4.5 million (e.g. 40x Fruit of Abundance, 200x Old Tree Bark, 600x Wolf Hide). I usually don't do the trades when they cost more than 1 million and maybe use a level 1 from storage. Is it worth doing the 3 Fiery Black Stone for a level 2 item when they show up to stockpile them for later equipment upgrades?
Yes! ship materials are definitely a thing as well! I just find you wouldn't need to do that if you do the dailies which also later work towards your carrack :) I agree with the pricing as well, they must check the cost and compare to the amount as mentioned in the video. I would hold onto the fiery black stones for later upgrades required to progress your ship! Hope this helps!
i would like to add tamer for recommended class too. she got awakening skill called Flow cloud ride which is amazing to quickly jump off ship to warf manager. also u can over stack weight and ride ur pet. and she got a passive for +25LT making her super nice class overall. i tried lahn but her fly animation is slow and usually gets her stuck in ships for me atleast and u have to wait for the entire animation.
@@sickbubblegum4534 also a small update from me: you do get up to skilled I believe if you do *both* the Oquilla questlines (about... 40-50 quests total) and some dailies. :)
G'day! Thank you for the feedback. For gear I can recommend would be either Silver embroidered sailors clothes for less chances to encounter things while afk bartering. You can go full manos accessories however the minor speed boost you get from it you are better off investing the money else where. I would carry a full set of weight gear on me so Gloves, Helmet & Shoes of Hercules with a Zereth body armor. Fill them with some weight gems :3 Good luck !
Great video, very well punctuated and explained. Can i ask which carrack to choose? I like balance(since i dont plan to go for a second carrack) is it that bad as people say ? Will if affect me that much? not planning to live on the sea and hardcore bartering ty in advance.
Hello! Thanks for the great feedback. I would personally choose the Advanced Carrack, reason for this is the increased weight the ship is able to hold along with increased inventory slots. Those two things make it more ideal for bartering. So you are sacrificing 5% speed and 1 second reload time (balance) for 1500 more weight and 5 more inventory slots (advanced). Hope this helps!
Any tips on how to get those tree saps in a reasonable amount of time? Some of them are sold out on the market and have hundreds of orders placed on them...
Definitely! there are some collection routes you can do, given you have the energy you can knock these out really fast with a bit of farming on their rotations! I will make a new video showing the rotations of each I like to do, i'll have it done by the end of the week :)
Hello! Depending on what your goal is. It is good to trade up but in some cases it is good to keep a variety. As an example, T1's can be traded in for upgrade materials to enhance your items to get a caravel, T2+ can be used for particular trade ups for materials you are lacking in or for future materials needed to upgrade the ship once you have achieved a caravel. Ideally you want to trade up, however you want to have a little of everything (which you can obtain naturally by taking the 1-2 or 1-3 trades you come across while bartering). Once you start having excess then its good to trade them up and sell any surplus of the T5's for silver (ensuring you still have 3-4 of the T5's in stock) as later you will be doing multiple trade refreshes or have a long barter list which may require multiple of the same item. Hope this helps!
Is getting the 1 for 2+ exchange rare? Granted I just started bartering so there's not many available. If I'm only seeing 1 for 1s should I just reroll everytime?
Depending on your financial situation. Them ore barters you do with time the larger your list grows. If you have a large financial backing and don't mind losing some silver at the start then you can. Personally I wait for a 1-2 or 1-3 trade as your money goes much further that way. I would recommend not doing the 1-1 trades in the lower tiers as mentioned as you will be able to refresh barter throughout the day to find them. Once you have your foundation of tier 1 items it gets much easier from there as you focus on other tiers instead and casually collect the tier 1-3's as they appear.
Hey matey! Could you rephrase that ? Are you trying to compare the Epheria sailboat to say the free sailboat you get from doing the OE questline? Or are you comparing the Epheria sailboat to other boats? If you check my description ive posted sources for a few stats on ships. Hope this helps!
@@sickbubblegum4534 well lets say ill start bartering with the sailbot for 500kk how much i'll be making a day in the begining and how much time it will take me to get tot the max output?
@@mr_bad_news9 At the start you wont be making much money with the Sailboat as that stage is all about initial setup of supplies. After 1-2 weeks depending how hard you play, you should be able to upgrade the Caravel. At this point you will start to slowly make money while maintaining supplies. Keep in mind the best boat which profits the most is the Carrack, this is a 'how long is a piece of string' type deal as it depends how much effort someone puts in on the day. You can expect around 500m atleast a day with semi afk barter with the Carrack. Keep in mind you need to invest silver and time at the beginning just like anything before it becomes profitable :)
I watched so many bartering guides and none of them actually explained how to barter.
Excellent video!

Sadly, this is outdated. You no longer get up to Skilled with the OE quest line, which is required for Breezy Sail. You're actually a long way off (
