This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. Scams, bad business opportunities, and fake gurus are subjective terms that mean different things to different people. I think someone who promises $100K/month for an upfront fee of $2K is a scam. A scam failing because the scammers scammed eachother is just a terrific end to this story.
i dont think it failed investors lost millions sadly
it didn't really fail if they all walk away with a shit load of money, when the entire point was to steal as much money as possible
When the victims get fully reimbursed, then the scam has failed.
This is what happens when sociopaths try to work together and also why empathy and morality are evolutionary advantages, nothing productive can be achieved if everyone constantly tries to scam each other.
If there are investors who have been scammed by millions, firstly why invest in Logan Paul, secondly Logan is going to be sued or even tried in court
They're so eager to scam that they can't even get to the consumer before they start scamming each other 🤣

fun facts: Journalism is protected under the 1st Amendment (Freedom of Press), which has the supremacy clause all over constitutions in the US, Journalist is allowed to report any news they got their hand into even if they do not know if its true or not, there are a few limits like that they can not report a false story AFTER they know that it is false or "actual malice" (Time Inc v. Something people these days don't understand or care enough to consider: It doesn't need to be illegal to be unethical or wrong. you can still be a complete asshole and be an "upright citizen", but this is the kind of mindset that creates slimy people with lesser moral codes that you never want to involve yourself with, using the crutches of "it's not illegal, so it's all good".
This is where evil Lawyers comes in who encourages them to do these kind of crimes. Lawyers create situations so they get paid to go to the court. It's always the Lawyers
That's literally the lowest level of morals in the theory of moral development by Kohlberg...
When your a walking cancer to humanity, you gotta get your mindset right to keep validating your own existence. Whether it be "im the victim", "nothing i do is illegal" or "the people i hurt deserve to be hurt", you gotta figure something and not think about it too much

Agreed. The law is the absolute bare minimum, not the standard to rise to.
What sickens me the most about all this is all the talk about how much time they put into it. As if working 6 months to a year on a project and then feeling entitled to make millions. 6 months to a year is nothing in the financial world, so this whole "I spent x amount of time on this project therefore it's not a scam" thing is irritating AF.

That is the question we would all love to know. Really! ;)
This is the question in the back of my mind the whole time…like, why Logan Paul of ALL people?! What has he done in his entire career to demonstrate he’s a trustworthy person who knows what he’s doing financially? 100%, the people impacted most here have failed to do their due diligence prior to investing beyond what they could reasonably lose without impacting their lives. That they also roped in family (their kids?!?! FFS!) and other people based on little more than "Logan Paul said it would be good" is just baffling.
I would love to see a scammer who scam the scammers and give the investors money back. That would be another level of Robin Hood.

The reason someone can feel like a victim when profiting $5.8 million, is because they knew the scam was worth wayyyy more than that, and he got scammed by the other scammers. So at that amount he feels like a victim, that should tell anyone listening, it was always a scam. The game never mattered, it was the idea and the market, not the game to them. So 5 guys decide to scam a bunch of random people/Logan fans. They all knew it was a scam from the beginning, they just were never sure who was going to scam who, and since they didn't trust each other, a few of them just threw in the towel early and some of the founders scammed the other founders before they would do it to them, because no one trusted each other enough to merely scam the fanbase.

Imagine getting married to one of those "investors" :'(
those two reasons are equally stupid.
So in summary:
Logan - The 'Founder' - clearly in over his head on the technical side of things and is basically there to spread the word and watch the money roll in. Will be back at this again in a few months.
Jeff - The 'Manager' - failed to do due diligence when deciding who to work with which is one of the key parts of his job as Logan's manager and ultimately lost control of the situation to the point he is threatening the possibility of legal action if it is reported.
Jake - The 'Expert' - who tried to play both sides from the beginning, manipulating the manipulators to make as much money as possible then go into full damage control mode.
Eddie - The 'Orphan' - pathological & professional liar who likely saw this as an easy pay day.
Crypto-Zoo - The 'Game' - Planned as a scam from day 1. Any comments about how 'fun' the game was going to be were lies from the beginning.
The Investors - The 'Money' - Failed to remember than Logan has previously run failed projects before but still decided to trust his 'good' name. Just because he has a drink brand doesn't make him a digital market expert.
Crypto Markets - The 'Future' - Once again proven to be the most wretched hive of scum and villainy.
NFTs - The 'JPEG' - proven once again to be a worthless investment that is too open to abuse. Let it die already.
Coffeezilla - The 'Journalist' - Delivers yet another knock out blow to crypto scammers mere weeks after publishing a video where SBF admits to fraud. No all heroes wear capes... but this one does wear suspenders.
The game - I agree with you: that's where I think even the investors who got scammed are still getting it wrong. Saying that if the devs had delivered, if anyone had delivered what was promised, they could have made money out of it. There was never anything TO deliver. There was a half-assed idea of circulating currency, some shitty stock imagery, and JPEGs of eggs that didn't do anything. No one cared about the game element, it was all just a tool in getting money out of people.

This is UNBELIEVABLE research. Keep doing what you do mate. Unreal
Whats crazier is, all involved are allowed to walk around to this day unscathed. Unreal!!
These clowns 🤡 need to be sent to jail - they knew what they were doing.
It's a pretty straight up case of fraud, both the market manipulation and the selling vapourware.
i mean, if they knew what they were doing, no one would have heard this story lol
Why? They weren't using dollars...binance monopoly ethereum tokens aren't real dude
@@AcornFox they knew what they were trying to do, they should be punished regardless
@@AcornFox they knew what they were doing was wrong however they weren’t smart enough to cover their tracks legally they had no idea what they were doing
The amount of subs coffezilla has got from these logan paul videos is epic. Well deserved, the video quality was honestly better than something you see on netflix, and the information provided was spot on. Well done. Hopefully, this puts another dent in logan Paul's credibility and stops him being able to do this again.
it would be amazing, but the truth is none of this will damage logan in any way, this guy tried to milk clout from a dead body and bounced back with even more subs, like wtf, this isn't even his first scam and yet he's more and more successful, too many suckers in the world and even if a million people jump out, two million will hop in, it's depressing
Someone out there doing what’s right. Congrats CoffeeZ!!
Side note: I’ve never been a fan of these douchebags like the Paul bros or Dobre brothers, but I *very* unfortunately know of them from yt, and I’d sooner hand over my life savings to the Dobre bros than give one cent to Jake or Logan, a sentiment long before this disaster was birthed or exposed. I may be reading these creeps wrong but I may not be...

These videos got me to subscribe ❤
Well said I agree
Love your video's man, keep up the amazing work
The scammers scammed each other, but with the money of other people that trusted them... these people behind the scam deserve jail.
Dear Coffee: I am from the era of Black and White TV, rotary phones, and hand written letters. My first memory of live TV news coverage was the JFK assassination. I have seen and read a LOT of news. You sir, are in the top 1% of story tellers / investigative reporters / truth tellers. Wishing you and yours every possible success and happiness in the coming year. Keep going! Millions of us have you as our “must see” updates! THANK YOU!
Can we go back to that please? When privacy was like- yknow - a thing?
My first world event I remember is when Elvis died, this guy is a hero ,all those scumbag scam artists he calls out. Top man.

This is so sad I watched all 3 parts very very well done man u got a new follower I will watch many more videos hopefully all of them🙏🏻❤️
The funniest thing about the blockchain, is that unless you use remixers, anyone with the time and a bit of brains (plus coffeeeeeee) can trace where the tokens are going, so Cryptoking is an utter moron. And he admitted it all.
If the courts ever pick this up, the prosecution is going to have disgustingly huge grins over this excellent investigation Coffeezilla's done.
Except monero it's functional superiority gets swept away cos the alphabet bois don't like anonymous transactions.
At least most. zCash, PirateCoin, Monero, etc. are anonymous even without laundering the coins.
Well Logan set himself up to be scammed by CryptoKing. Lol at agreeing to the "stealth period" of going live. By that time everything is based on trust because if anyone sold at that time, its not illegal.
Thats why cryptoking did what he did
Let's not forget that Logan and others scheming on how and when they sell just to manipulate the price.
My guess they're going to rug pull everyone except them, look at Logan crypto's Dink Donk.
Ikr he has 5+wallets too... Why? In case he loses one?
The amount of work that went into this is truly amazing, great job
A million dollars out of pocket, some would say

It’s amazing how fair you were to Logan, yet he’s still suing.
Great series - well done coffeezilla
So nice that the blockchain tracks every transaction
Well, it doesn't matter. These scams still happen all the time and no one is arrested lol
Credit card scammers Buy bitcoin to scam shit don't matter shit is a gamble tbh
I agree. Same thing with all this FTX jazz: one silver lining is that you _can_ actually follow the money and get answers.
well it clearly didnt since we couldnt tell who was behind the coinbase wallet. Funny isnt it
@@randomutubr222 coffezilla explained in this video that you actually cant.. unless coinbase gives out who is behind the wallet or transaction that is.
"They had quite the dilemma.
Do something illegal or make less money"
Quite the dilemma indeed
Not as an uncommon issue in the business world as one might think. This is where risk assessment comes into paly accountability vs deniability skirting on the edge of legality has been refined into an art form by some corporate lawyers. Not the kind of advice you want to get from a dude named crypto king.
It's worse than that. The dilemma was more like: do something illegal and make some quick money now, or do everything right and make massive amounts of money in good time. They killed their own project just so they could get the scraps.
@@IvBeM nah Logan's no fool there was never an intent to make any thing real that would require effort + risk it seems like they just really don't want go to jail that's all.
My drug dealer has better ethics than these scammers
@@IvBeM Looks like Logan actually wanted things to work out so he could cash out late while you have Eddie and the Crypto King who just couldn't wait and wanted money right away (and the later not even respecting the agreement about their cut).
So Logan Paul got scammed himself. Damn
No. That's just on the investment side, he put in a quarter million and hasn't sold yet.. but on top of that there were millions in egg sales, and who controls that money? It's Logan's project.
It's the investors who actually lost money, Logan didn't.
yep if Logan was the top investor, he would be charge! Being charge he would the say in which the money would be given to. But bc Jake Crypto King was the top 2 investors the company mercy of where it goes was in his hands, he conned the confident of this project by buying a lot of the crypto. Jake was caught probably Logan’s team beforehand. The most important value in this is not to give power to Cryptoking and his many wallets he made. Glad the game is frozen and none of Logan and Jeff haven’t sold their crypto tokens yet and to this day presently. Crypto-zoo is a frozen but soon a rectify project. The Top 5 investors vs. each other in court most likely Logan’ team vs Eddie ibanez vs. Jake Crypto King and his many wallets.
I don't know which is worse. Thinking Santa is real, or thinking Logan Paul is a decent and dependable character. 'I believe in Logan Paul' is both the saddest and the funniest thing I heard all week.
Whoa whoa whoa.....leave Santa out of this
You better leave my boy old Saint Nick outta ya mouth. Gna end up with a lot of coal otherwise…..
The only difference is santa makes our kids happy
He seems to think appealing to Logan Paul directly will make a difference. He hasn't learned anything from this.
nobody ever said "i believe in logan paul"
I just don't get how you could trust someone like Logan in any sort of capacity with your money. It just baffles me
That was my mind screaming throughout this entire video aswell! Even making their kids invest completely blows my mind.
Facts. Thinking and research is a lost art apparently.
lots of money = clout, clout = investors and capitalists.
this is why have no respect to any clout chaser who films themselves doing something good like giving money to homeless it just a cheap way to buy clout
yeah those people at the end can go fuck themselves too lol what's wrong with them convincing their families to invest in these scams
Yeah personally I would never give money to a youtuber who comes up with a business idea like crypto especially when he markets it towards kids . This is not the first time a TH-camr put out a product that came out badly! Also I don't trust crypto its a big gamble when there's already inflation going on in the world!
Amazing investigation man keep up the good work!
Sir the investigation work you did is astounding !
The police & courts really need to step into these scams
- "the governement and police are over we are web 3.0 we will have our own money and our own system. F the system Yes!!! Crypto!!!"
*Gets robbed*
- "Help police help governement pls police-san help us >:("
They get what they deserve
@@disliked1390 Goodluck with that crypto stuff
is it really a scam though? Everyone knows the only reason to invest in these meme coins is buy low & sell high. It's a strategy game based on timing. Nobody honestly thinks they're going to invest in this junk as some long term financial strategy like holding on the Apple stock or something do they? Nobody thinks the token itself has value, it's always meant to be traded back to dollars.
@@NoahTheArk23 ever heard of sarcasm
