Trixy will want to make money off the USW for as long as possible, and considering how much time he's spent on this project, it's understandable that he wants to lock it behind a paywall. A survival series would totally detract from the potential profit, and it's likely Trixy will probably take a break after this massive endeavor anyways.
Idk maybe it'll be in like a year, after the hype dies down. If he wants to make money, it'll be by reviving the series.

The Natives he based this place off of were similar to natives from entirely different parts of America, The Wolf Tribe especially, where while there was some resemblance of the American plains natives, etc. he also added in a bunch of things from different places that kind of jumbled it in a way that didn't really work, or at least, from what I can see it didn't. Of course, this is in the eye of the beholder, so that is just my opinion!

As a Norseman, the way you transformed the Viking village was absolutely stunning and so much more than just architecture. Every time you uploaded an episode on this series, it would make my week. You're beyond talented and consistent, finding so many ways to maker your builds as detailed and intricate as possible. It blows me away how you managed to accomplish this in a couple of years by yourself without burnout or spending more time. I love how you created a story in this world so it doesn't feel like a hollow project. You and Steph brought life to one of the best creations I have ever seen in this massive game. REVIEW:
Plains. Looks good, love the village! I wish Mojang would update villages. The ruined portal looks so insane. Outpost is just so much cooler! I really like it.
Mushroom-Swamp. I've never been a fan of Mushroom islands, but this one is really cool! It looks a lot cooler with the custom trees and witch huts, and the mountain kind of shape.
Desert. It looks so cool! I really really love the skull for the entrance to the temple. Can't wait to download this map and play it! The village has to be one of my favorites.
Dark Forest. Gosh, I really really love this one so much! Woodland Mansion is so insane! I think, with a bit of repairing, that'll be my base in the world. The village looks so cool, as do the trees!
Jungle. Wow. The Temple is stunning, along with the abandoned city. Can't wait to explore it! The village looks so cool, and I like how you developed the lore behind the abandoned village!
Mesa. I've always thought Minecraft should be fantasy, but the way you did it... The Western town looks so cool! I really like the train track too.
Savanna. This looks really cool! I like the huge tree in the middle of the village. A good touch, and I've always been a fan of big trees in the middle of a city or town.
Deep Dark. Wowowowowow. This is one of the coolest underground kingdoms ever! I can't wait to explore and loot it. I like how, despite it being a Dwarven Kingdom, you can still fight Wardens.
Ocean. I am stunned. The Monument looks so sick! The detail is abosolutely stunning. I cannot wait to explore this place!
Taiga. My favorite village. This one is so detailed, huge, and by far the best (in my opinion)! I might make my base here (hard to decide...)!
Snowy Mountains. These look really awesome! I can't wait to go exploring here.
Nether & End. Sigh. I wish the End/Nether looked like this! It is *amazing*! I cannot wait to light the portal (both) and explore!

Thank you for releasing a video this big, I know Im a year late to the party but I just wanted to say, I love listening to your videos while working on giant projects myself.
I don't think anyone would or could disagree that this is the most impressive Minecraft build of all time. The architecture, the creativity, the small details, the lore, the sheer amount of time involved. Absolutely legendary.
I mean, one could argue that PippenFTS' Earth replica is more impressive because of scale. But something original and complete with this amount of detail and polish takes it for me. The USW is brilliant.
This world is one of a kind and an incredible project but there’s some other builds that can definitely compete. Like said above PippenFTS has made an insane project with the world replica. Also it may not be as big but the uncensored library is an excellent example of a build that may not be as big as this world for example but the actual purpose behind it is un-comparable. Other builds to consider are some of the insane red stone builds recently, at that point of complexity, you might as well have an engineering degree.
But regardless all of these builds serve completely different purposes.
Like I said, I don’t want to seem as if I don’t think the USW is absolutely unbelievable project. This build is hard to compare to others. I think this build will pick up much more traction than other mega projects before it, simply due to fact that this is survival orientated and includes an entire backstory/lore.
Do I think this is the most impressive build in Minecraft? it’s hard to say. But do I think this is most impressive survival oriented world? Absolutely, with no question about it. It’s hard to think that anything will match this in the future.
Although this is definitely up there, I feel like the minecraft in minecraft redstone machine is the most impressive considering it works with no command blocks
I think drehmal’s primordial and apotheosis maps are also certainly up there! I think the worlds have some pretty excellent terraforming, and natural while fantastic biomes. It’s an amazing map to play!

This seems really inspired by Zelda. I love Zelda’s design so I’m a massive fan of how the cultural theme, medieval theme and the overall mystery of each biome kept me hooked. Great job
ik that you have other projects but it would be amazing to see this world be updated along with Minecraft. some more islands here and there featuring new biomes and structures would be very cool!
I love how you didn’t use any texture packs or non-vanilla blocks. It makes the whole thing so much more cool and impressive.
The fact there’s actual research for these locations and build is genuinely fascinating and impressive. The one build that made me feel seen is the feather headdress known for its culture in Native American/Indigenous background/history. As someone who IS native and try’s to learn anything I can about my tribe this made me feel special about who my ancestors were and what they stood for. These builds are amazing and no amount of words could explain how beautiful this island is

I love how you encorporate structures from some underrepresented cultures without them being caricatures! You so seamlessly blend these cultures into the fantasy theme, it just adds to how impressive this world and your building skills are

This is what Minecraft should be... an immersive world where can you can explore alone, or with friends. Always having euphoria from discovering new lands and constantly moving in new environments. The thousands of hours you put into this have not gone to waste, you've definitely earned a sub :)

This is the most fantastic minecraft I've ever seen in my entire life I always wonder if minecraft will release this kind of survival map it's like my imagination has come to life thank you for making my dream come true
Mojang needs to hire you guys for their biome generation, village buildings, and overall any naturally spawned building or structure in the game.
It’s more of a coding aspect and less of aesthetic when it comes to the structures in-game
@@MooseShower yeah, i doubt any of these buildings (maybe trees too) would work in a random generation system. trying to find flat land to generate on, connecting roads, ect. are very hard. the game struggles with that incredibly already. i never find a vanilla village with less than 3 sheer drops off a road or houses on top of mountains and floating hills.

they could get professional builder but the point of minecraft's simplistic structure styles is to not make players feel bad about their own building skills
Hate to break it to you, but these would just not work at all for random world generation. The buildings are just too large and too complex to ever fit in, and they’re way too detailed to fit with minecraft’s simplistic nature. It would change the entire feeling of the game, if they ever even generated properly.
It works here because the entire map is catered toward the project itself. Trying to fit it into a random seed would cause so many issues that nobody would wanna touch with a 10 foot pole
The storyline, the commitment, the skill to build this. This man should be a mojang executive, to be able to build better than mojangs whole team and being 100 percent committed. He's an artist pursuing his gift through Minecraft. I'm buying this world for sure.
it's not that mojang builds bad, its the simplified way of building so the huge game could be coded, but yes, its amazing

This is by far the most badass shit ever done in minecraft. This could be a whole ass story mode and could easily be turned into like a AAA title game of itself. Gotta say my favorite builds are the bonsai village, the bone tribe settlement, and what you did with the nether and dwarves. I do think an elvish settlement would’ve fit in very well on this map as well. This is insane.
God of War needs to take Notes, they might have a new game for this

And the final montage of the video... those transitions between the biome music style... my fave being the one going into the nether... though the one for the east asian inspired area brought the tears. So good! When's your first movie deal? I want to learn how to do epic drums from you haha! As a composer, this seems like this would be a dream project to work on! Fantastic work!

My boyfriend left me when this series started and I used it as a distraction to feel better because most of the time I was so heartbroken I could feel it pressing down onto my entire body but the series always took my mind off things and I was in a horrible place while I would watch it. Seeing it finish feels funny because I spent so much time sobbing my heart out to the first few episodes that would come out every couple of months now I'm watching this happy and free. Thank you for making something that could bring me such a safe feeling throughout my darkest, most heart-wrenching days. i cant believe this was 2 years ago and the fact that this is only 1.17. i cant even fathom the amount of time and effort these people have put into this world. but also the fact that there arent any 1.20 features, imagine all the creative builds and other designs that may have been built if this was 1.20. truly the definition of, i built something small, the way he narrates " i whipped ___ up"
wow, the amount of research that would have been needed to accurately base builds off of real life cultures and tribes. its really eye opening and informing, learning new things about our real world through this minecraft video is quite funny :D

factions or civilisations in each area here would be so fascinating, what i would love to see, is a roleplay here where it follows some of the plot/ story line with wars and problems between each area and then finally coming to world peace

Me personally I would like to live in the Snowy Mountains because of the incredible design put into it, but I also ranked them all not saying the one at the bottom is horrible but some are better than the others:
