what are the uses of the caveman vs the uses of the 45° degree swing?
I have a question: is this exercise for strength?

thanks 👊 the forehand strike (caveman) could be both, in regular-lead (front) or in off-lead (rear). in off-lead it seems more powefull and natural
Can this work with body sparring by any chance? I dont own headgear so I just body spar instead.

in that workout i wore floorball gloves (but i like also baseball gloves, or the like)
