Well i was thinking dont you want sticks that weigh the proper weight? Isnt PVC lighter? I dont know im simply a beginner stick practitioner. Ive always wanted to go into water and try this out and in the USA sticks are extremely expensive. When i was in Philippines sticks were robably the equivalent of 3-5 american dollars in a pair plus you get a carrying case. but ill check out bloodsport thanks!
haha ive thought about doing this kind of stuff in the pool in my apartment complex but people would freak out. Does the water have any effect on the quality of the stick? Does the water wear the stick out and make it unusable over time? Like does the water eventually rot your stick?
Oh ok thanks a lot. I will try this out eventually. Good drills! Does Dog Brothers ever think of having actual events where you fight in shallow water? Or is that absolutely too dangerous? It would be like Vane Dames' Lionheart except with sticks! jk.
if your sticks are of good quality like those from bloodsport. com they can handle the water easly. on the other way, if you think that you are doing this training often, why not to do it with pvc sticks?!
That river will never say anything about my wife again! lol Great workout sir, thank you for sharing
Ha! I was just commenting on your other vid to add more and within minutes this video is posted. You work fast Lonely Dog!!! Prost!
I love water! This looks like fun!
Those PVC sticks were rather heavy and a bit thinner than rattan. Was a great days training. Don’t know why they wouldn’t let us use the pool. :-D
If you use solid pvc sticks (not the hollow tubes) they will have a nice weight... (260 - 300g)
Great!
