  • Drifting through Arizona's beautiful and mysterious high desert, Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Jordan Currier (a third-generation native of The Grand Canyon State) documents a day and night in the haunted town of Bisbee, where vagrants wander the streets, artists paint the walls of abandoned buildings, and spirits linger in the halls and rooms of the Copper Queen Hotel, the site of this film's frightening and enigmatic final act. With atmospheric music by ambient legend Harold Budd, and inventive videography filled with Currier's usual artistic joie de vivre, The Many Ghosts of Bisbee is an elegiac meditation on death and the ephemerality of our mortal sojourn. It is also a loving homage to the unique and storied mining towns that play such a rich part in Arizona’s unique history.

Absolutely gorgeous! Loved it. My aunt lived in Douglas so growing up I went through bisbee a lot and absolutely love that town. You’ve captured a lot of the beauty of its rich history with this wonderful film. 💜
