@@DerikAndSarah you guys should kiss , that is one of the sweetest, most intimate things two people can do together. It doesn't have to be sloppy or wet or anything gross , but as a married couple that should be the first thing you do when you see each other and the last thing you do when you leave each other. Kissing is definitely showing that you love one another AFFECTION!! Or were you guys just joking about not kissing?

Those "seasoned" parents don't know everything and besides, everyone raises their children as they see fit. Not everyone wants children back to back like we did. It worked for us but that was OUR decision not anyone else's. I absolutely LOVE watching Derick scoop Jack up from a nap and run out the door to play!!! Wonderful for both of them and fresh air and play is good for kids. (just remember the sunscreen) 💗

Weird? No way. You are the only ones I follow on TH-cam. You are open and honest, sometimes a lot, but not too much. You are endearing. You are a blessing to this old great grandma. And, most of all, you are gifted. Parenting is different for everyone, and what works for one, may not work for you. Mistakes will be made, but this is part of the joy of being given this precious person to raise. God knows what He's doing. He picked you. One last very important thing from an old lady with five grown kids, a zillion grandkids and and even great grandbabies, every child is different and you will find yourselves using different tactics for all ...five...of them, lol. I loved being pregnant and having babies.
Just started following you, sure is good to laugh. You are spot on, if you haven't lost someone you live, you won't fully comprehend the pain. My oldest son passed away 4 year's ago, he was 38 years old. Not a day goes by that I don't think about him.

I just want to say that I absolutely love you videos and your stories; they are so heartwarming and funny all at the same time! I am also a member of the church and I just LOVE the example that you have sent for your viewers of a fun, loving, and sincere marriage. It's people like you that help me better understand what I'd want in my future when I'm married and how I can achieve those goals. I have 8 children. Ages 34 to 11. Not 1 kid was alike. Learn as you go. From everything I see you both as amazing parents. Derik is a amazing father and that is hard to find. As for the country music that is the only music that truly makes sense. Just keep being you and do what your doing. Your a amazing couple and I love watching you. Buddy is loved as well.

I am so enjoy watching you guys this is an incredible journey. Here's some unsolicited advice as a children grow and are in more and more things outside of the home they still need their parents support, once you have more than two you become outnumbered and it appears that both of you want to be so heavily involved in your children's life and I feel that so very important too!!! If you spread yourself to thin you can only be one place at a time. As you pray upon your decision of how many children to continue to have please take everything into context your age your energy where your children will be at that time. Most of all I hope you teach your children and introduce them to Jesus at a personal level. May God bless your union your family and your future
