Jack is the most adorable child, and lucky to have parents like you. My granddaughter just had her first child about a month ago. She and her husband fight over whose turn it is to hold Carter, too. I work in a hair salon. Washing your hair twice a week is perfect! Over washing can cause dryness and or excessive oil to the scalp. Use dry shampoo when needed and you’re good to go! Not sure how I found you guys but glad I did. You guys are awesome!
I just love how much you do as a family. Alot of people don't make their child/children their priority, TV is their babysitter. Congrats on your happy family. Always put each other first. God bless you you 3.

You’ve already written the book (and don’t even know it) about being great parents! The love and respect that you share is so profound it comes through with every look, touch, and gesture between you both. From the few videos I have watched it’s so apparent that your priorities are your happiness, each other’s happiness, and your commitment to bringing up the most well-adjusted child I’ve seen at that age. I am a retired schoolteacher and it would’ve been a privilege and honor to teach Jack just so that I can partner with you both in his education.♥️🙏🏼🕊

It’s me again. Grandma Mary also gave me some teething advice. Since the edges of a quarter are not smooth, this is what you use. Dip it in, yes you guessed it, in whiskey. Relieves pain, and sterilizing the coin. Rub the edges of the quarter on the gums.This ruffs up the gum surface a little and makes it easier for the tooth to emerge. Again, thank you Grandma Mary!

I've just started recently watching you guys and I started by watching the shorts and now I'm catching up with all your older ones. You guys are like a breath of fresh air! I love to see the smiles all the time, very positive vibes and Jack... OMG what can I say? He's so adorable. You guys are still young and have so much more living and sharing together. One suggestion is not putting a time slot on things. Just go with the flow. One day you'll just allbof a sudden decide to do what ya want. But never put a time stamp on it. Alot less pressure that way. Keep up the awesome videos! Lov your family!!
oh my gosh! i have a fear of small holes too! one time i burned milk in a pot and there were all these tiny holes on the bottom (looked like a bee hive) and i wanted to vomit it was so gross. didn’t know this was an actual thing haha but i literally get goose bumps just thinking about it

Wow going back in time watching Jack when he was about 6-7 months so cute and today he walks, talks, runs, and likes to call his Mamma and Dadda, happy times indeed, learned a lot on this q and a especially Sarah's fear of little holes, go figure, thank God they are rare. Honestly you two writing a book about your parenting style which in my opinion is pure fun and getting jack on his skateboard ASAP, etc would be an awesome idea and the name of it would most definitely have to be what you said it should especially the PSYCHE part! I appreciate that you admit that you don't shower every day all the time that's a pretty brave thing to admit on TH-cam to your multiple fans and it helps other people to feel better about their mental health too. The thing is you're both very busy active parents so you're not going to always remember to shower every night. You guys inspire me and make me feel so happy.
I have struggled this year through a period of living alone without my children due to my work and watching your family helps me to feel more happy about mine

I lost my son in Walmart once. Omgoodness it was the absolute worse. I was looking at clothes. I seriously thought my husband took him (he went to electrictronics). Normally we put him in the buggy but this day he didn’t want to that day. When I realized he was gone omgoodness the panic. I was crying and hyperventilating. The lady that was helping us find him said “oh please don’t pass out. Calm down, we will find your son”. Jake heard me crying and ran out of the clothes rack saying “oh mommy I was playing hide and seek”. The joy when I found him and I was also so embarrassed for loosing my baby. But it only takes two seconds for a little to run off. Now with my girls I either keep them in my buggy or if my husband goes else where I make sure to communicate better with him. If there not in the buggy I keep my eyes glued on them!!!!!
I wish I had seen your first days with jack sooner. My son turned out to be allergic to milk, even formula. Eventually I had to go to COFFEE RICH which was the only 100% non dairy milk like product available at that time. He was able to tolerate that. However, he still had digestive problems which caused him cramping pain. Grandma’s are the best. My Grandma Mary solved it. Peter’s doctor wanted me to give him paregoric which is an opium based liquid. I was terrified to use it. Grandma Mary said, use a 4oz. bottle. Put in a little whiskey, tsp. sugar and finish with warm water. Always did the trick. Also, he loved it!! In a rocking chair I gave him the mixture. When he was finished I would hold his tummy against mine for the warmth, like a heating pad. When he fell asleep he went back to bed, good for the rest of the night. Thank you Grandma Mary. BTW he did not become an alcoholic!
I'm really surprised about how intelligent that baby is! He seems to understand all that her parents do and if he could to speak he would do It right now 😊😊
My friend who has long thick blonde hair washes her hair twice a week and she is over 50 and her hair is so thick and beautiful. She is convinced that ppl who wash their hair daily, their hair thins or dry out
It is therapeutic to pick their zits Sarah…it’s not like I would pick a total strangers zits but my husband and kids are fair game and can keep me entertained for awhile

Sarah, I know exactly how you feel about enduring pregnancy again. I had a 38 hour hard labor and 2 days of wondering if it was labor. I was so exhausted and couldn't sleep because I gave birth to a colicky baby. She would cry nonstop for days. The doctor tried her on a few meds that gave her other problems. They would either make her sleep nonstop and wouldn't even wake-up to eat. It was such an awful experience for everyone, even our neighbors! It lasted over 4 months. I had NO help. It does pass. You just have to plug away at it one hour at at time and do your best to remain calm.

baking vanilla is the best for teething. Be sure and shake the bottle first! Apply with your finger. I used it for teething wisdom teeth at well.
