If he hadn't opened his mouth and told the world that he didn't want to be physically intimate, we wouldn't be here. But when you tell people one thing and do the other then you have to be accountable for your actions. He put this expectation on himself and now he has himself to blame.

I would be deeply upset since he didn't want to be intimate with me, who is the one he is obviously choosing in the end! He knew before that so what was the point of being intimate with any of them? Or he should have just been with her if they both wanted to.

@Eric totally agree. Kaity is a strong woman because many of us would be like.... ya know, you are literally the last person I want to be around right now. A part of me thinks that maybe he slept with gabby cause he knew kaity was his pick so it was like his last hoorah.... and he knew kaity would get past it??

Yes, my opinion, an awful man….not marriage material. Intimate with Gabi, tells her he loves her, then hours later, “oh Kaity, you are so important to me, I missed you so much, oh, I had sex a few hours ago with someone else”….if anyone is seeing this as an honorable man, worthy of a wife, they are severely deceived. This is tv yes, sold as NOT scripted. Zach shows himself as a bad person.
I felt bad for Kaity because she didn't want to hear that from Zach. She knew it could happen but just wanted their date to be about them two and not hear about anyone else.
Agreed! I get why Zach wanted to tell her but he shouldn’t have. He also should have done what he said and not slept with anyone. It was obvious that Gabi seduced him to essentially “mark her territory” as much as I hated Ariel, she at least respected Zach enough to not sleep with him or try and seduce him

Zach was really selfish here. He made the decision that he and Katie were going to work through this but never gave her an out. Same thing with gabi. He just made the decision that he was going to tell everyone (except gabi) that they had sex and she really couldn’t object to it. Zach is really strange, so many red flags here. And to top it all off Zach was making jokes about it at the WTA. I think kaity is great but because of her past, she also isn’t great at identifying the red flags. She has constantly told herself over and over again that Zach is the perfect guy and she is determined to not have another man walk out of her life.

I’m just so confused why he told Gabi he was falling in love with her. That makes things more difficult. In my opinion he doesn’t deserve either.
and you'll hear him tell Katy the same thing before the FRC . If the lead wants to voice his feelings to the one he is picking then he has to say pretty much the same thing to someone else to confuse the viewers.
I've been rooting for Gabi since the beginning but this whole situation makes me so mad and makes me feel that they both deserve better than him.

Literally he did not need to say anything! When he was voting people off he made a general comment about how he went in with parameters and wasn’t able to keep it and that would have been enough honesty to give Ariel a heads up that he broke his commitment to that idea. With Gabbi,p….she obviously knew he broke the commitment. With Kaity he did not need to say a word….he never made that profession to her so he had nothing to break and all the women know what is possible in this week so he did not have to ruin their date. How could anyone be natural and normal after hearing that?

Every girl knows the possibility in fantasy suites. Of course no one likes the idea but they know it. So if it was a deal breaker for her she could have brought it up during fantasy suites off camera but she wouldn’t have. In terms of her finding out when the episode airs….no, they secretly date all the way up until the episode airs so they would have ample time to discuss this and Zach break down for her what happened.
Zach had the BEST group of women. They were kind and understanding. And Zach's...there.
She should have packed her things and very politely walked away.

I can understand why they do it when they are in the pressure cooker bubble during the show, and that is also why they usually break up after when they get a chance to think about it more clearly when back in real life. So Kaity might say yes to a proposal but I can't see it lasting.
This makes it really clear he wants to pick Kaity- kinda like with the Clayton thing. You’ll throw everything away for the one you want. He doesn’t want to tell Gabi it was a mistake cause that just awful but clearly his actions are making it seem that he thinks it was- he is confessing to Kaity. Which is obviously respectable if he is choosing her but just terrible for Gabi. You should not have sex to further a relationship- it should at the very least be an outpouring of how you feel about the relationship as it stands

I totally agreed with Zach's decision not to have sex with any of the women in the Fantasy Suites. We have seen in the past how hurtful it can be later for the girl who gets the final rose. Also, it can hurt and lead on the 2 that are not the last one.
However,. he did break his promise, and the way he handled it was in very bad taste. He never should have disclosed what happened with Gabby to anyone. He should have just kept his mouth shut about it.

Zach should've kept his word about not being intimate. Look at it from each women's perspective. After hearing this, I think Katy should feel that she was betrayed and shouldn't be able to trust Zach. If Gabi isn't chosen, she's probably going to feel like Zach just used her. Deep down, I think Zach is shifty, not trustworthy. They should both ditch Zach. We'll find out next week.

I felt like Gabi went after him and pushed to make him break his parameters. She said she was disappointed in no sex and was going to see if he was really sure about that or if she could change his mind. It's not hard to seduce a man in a bedroom.

He did make a mistake and repented, admitted it rather than hide it; it’s a growth process. Especially since he knew he like Kaity, he should not have allowed himself to be tempted and has learned from it. Once committed, believe he won’t ever do that again, but to flee. He is going to learn to stand, to say no to temptation. He wants Kaity to help him grow into a man of high virtue and values in life. One scene I saw on u tube, he said in a flash clip that “it’s not about lust.” Lust does not last and is not love. Love has deeper meaning. One that tempted him, to tempt a man w/o being married to him, will keep luring men through sex, not the good values in life.

We live in a real spiritual warfare, especially today, a corrupt and immoral world. He was falling for Gabi’s good values too, as well as Kaity’s. Gabi is a bit more emotional, while Kaity more stable with her emotions. He does have his weakness and openly admits it, not hiding it. He wants to do better. Any that sees light will grow.

So he had awareness about lust and the dangers of it going into that day and that suite with Gabi, but he still chose to do it. I'm surprised you're so flippant about his behaviour considering he implemented a rule over sex & was able to resist an exotic attractive woman first night. You know why? Because he remembered what her father & brother said. But where he didn't have to feel the same respect to Gabi's family, he chose sex. Wrong timing! He didn’t need to ruin her date, this could have been discussed at a later time, obviously the contestants already know there’s possibility of this happening and agreed to go on the show anyway. But why ruin her special day by discussing it. He could have chose another better time later on in private to discuss these issues in my opinion. Also he seems to regret it, which will be hurtful to Gabbi, it seems like the first girl Ariel got him so worked up that by the next date he was too weak with desire to say no to Gabbi. Which makes Gabbi feel 2nd choice again. But really he seems more in Love with Katie, so now here he is back-pedaling to salvage his relationship with Katie and he regrets the lust he felt for the other 2 women. Just my opinion.
