      Hello Soni, thanks for commenting here. Firstly you must accept it is a slow process to recover and can take several months. Start with two things, 1st change your daily sitting habit as mentioned in this video. 2nd you must to regular workout (4-5 days a week) for back muscle strengthening and chest stretching.       First thing is to correct the habit of sitting. Next is workout. You can try the workouts we have shared in the videos linked in description. If you try the Hunchback workout, I'm sure you'll see reduction in fat from upper back in 3-4 weeks. Share your experience after doing a routine workout....

      Yes, the fourth one is most difficult but most effective among others...so try to do it... first bend forward, tuck your hips, slowly get straighten, tight abs and stand keeping the core tight. Initially it might feel painful in the back...but with time you'll get habituated...all the best.
