Dollar Tree Vegan Challenge: Delicious and Cheap Meals

Welcome back to my channel as we make three delicious meals all from Dollar Tree ingredients.
Breakfast: Cinnamon Sugar & Nuts Oatmeal
(Key to the perfect oatmeal is to allow it to cook for 8 mins)
Lunch: Bean & Rice Flautas with Seasoned Corn
Dinner: Lentil Meatballs and Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce and Garlic Toast
My goal is to show you that being vegan can be done with what you have. Being resourceful is a great way to get creative with your food. Not only are these meals easy they are absolutely flavorful. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean we skimp out on the seasoning.

Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 1/2 cup vanilla sweetened almond Milk
3/4 cup to 1 cup oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp margarine
1 pack mixed nuts and berries
Bean & Rice Flautas
Flour Tortillas
1 can refried beans
Soy sauce
1 pack instant rice chipotle
1 pack Ortega taco sauce
1 complete seasoning
1 bag sofrito
Vegan beef bouillon
I bag of frozen corn
Water
Margarine
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano.
Salsa
Olive oil
Lentil Meatballs
1 dry lentils
1 packet Onion soup mix
1 tbsp Vegan beef bouillon
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
Seasoning
Hunts pasta sauce
Diced tomatoes
Crushed red pepper
Spaghetti noodles
Softito
Vegetable Normandy
Soy sauce
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Bread
Wheat bread
Margarine
Garlic herb seasoning
Garlic salt

This is so cool & necessary. Even though I am a flexitarian, back when I was $$$ strapped Dollar Tree was my "specialty" grocery store because I could find a lot of great pantry items for $1 so budgeting while still eating delicious vegan/vegetarian meals became a breeze. Thanks Chef Joya you just inspired me to go browse Dollar Tree because I've meaning to do a spring restock of my pantry items.

First time seeing oatmeal with nuts in it 😂 I’m used to seeing and having all the other stuff in it like fruit etc but that’s kinda whacky for the nuts in it. But guess what? IM GOING TO TRY IT 😂 yessss

I just went to Dollar Tree! Spent $28 for the entire week! I did go to Aldi to get fresh fruits and veggies.
