Gotta thank the youtube gods for throwing this video my way. I have to say Latin club sounds sick as someone who really enjoys history and especially languages which are not used anymore or in small amounts. Its really nice hearing someone talk about how they have made big strides in there life be it friends, self improvemt, happiness ect ect ect. In Sweden we dont have clubs and the most we do is sports after school but that isnt tied to school but to the local clubs and orgs. I would have loved Latin, make sure you enjoy it for us that cant lol. As a fellow southerner I get fitting in can be hard when its no the status Q. I love computers and tech but most of my classmates were farm people or people from surrounding villages. So not alot of people whom I could talk with about things that were not the norm. Still manage to group up with a few tho. If you like niche languages I would recommend to look in to Scanian, today its only a dialect of swedish with its own vocabulary (so kind of its own language ?) but the more back in time you go the more it becomes its own thing. Still blows my mind every now and then when I realize words I have been useing all my life isnt swedish but scanian. Even if you dont look in to it, it would be a helluva factoid to throw in conversations. Well thats enough yapping from a random internet stranger.
I wish you luck with theater, Much love and well wishes from Sweden
