    *Important Safety Note*
    Safety is my number 1 priority and concern while operating Tesla's FSD Beta software and at no point have I, nor will I subject customers to unnecessary risk. I am in full control, take over regularly, and I am extremely vigilant and cautious at all times. Furthermore, I do not subject anyone to Self Driving features that are uncomfortable or request me not to use it.
    -Tesla's FSD system is classified as a level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System). It is not fully autonomous and I remain in control at all times. There is nothing illegal or concerning about my operation of FSD on Rideshare Drives.
    -I am legally protected to record inside my own personal vehicle while on the job and do attain consent for individuals fully featured in my videos. The rest are blurred out with identifiers censored or cut from the videos entirely.

    Interesting Drive and congrats on 10K subs! I reckon if you didn't take over on the bridge it probably would have moved but it was way to sketchy with the car in front going slower than you were. You should do some more of the parking garage testing like you did in V11, it would be interesting to see how much better/worse it is compared to previous versions.

    I think you can do Waymo comparison(s) in SF as well, if you ever go up to the bay area. Looking forward to that video!

    As soon as I read FSD and Coronado bridge I immediately knew it was that freaking barrier. It’s so confusing.

      Yeah its always awkward there, well only if it gets into that lane.

    I think just like ver 11 release there was a disconnect between the stacks 12 is having a problem with transition. Here in vegas if you happen to go please do a run involving airport southbound tunnel to 215 both ways.

      SF is tough, and Toronto too. FSD has problems in any challenging big city. Full autonomy is far away.

    I agree about the highways feel way inferior to city streets. I think we have been getting spoiled with how good version 12 works on city streets. It is definitely needed on highways!

    • @johnscarceforpresident1647
      @johnscarceforpresident1647 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If 72% of driving happens on highways and FSD has gone 1 Billion miles then it wouldn’t be improbable to guess that it’s been trained on over 750 Million miles of training data (compared to maybe 300 million on city streets) I can’t wait to see what the highway stack has to offer when it gets released

    • @CYBRLFT
      @CYBRLFT  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Solid point and same here! The 72% is for me, but I imagine its quite high for most California testers.

    7:00 Not Good. Would have turned into deadly Robotaxi trip right there. And who designed road like these.😂

    • @DerekDavis213
      @DerekDavis213 28 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      The real world has a huge variety of road conditions, weather, lighting. FSD must be able to drive like a human, and without any supervision. Robotaxi is just a dream right now. FSD can't handle it.

    Would be really cool to see some content from other places! Maybe try some Uber the east coast when I went to New Jersey the highway signs were so confusing as a Californian lol and the roads here in Sonoma county are so straightforward and well maintained there’s never any surprises but FSD isn’t perfect yet so would be really interested in seeing you travel and try new things

    • @CYBRLFT
      @CYBRLFT  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I do plan to travel and make content when the finances allow. I wouldn't be able to uber outside of California which is crappy. I could fund a crazy trip if I could, but its state to state.

    • @CYBRLFT
      @CYBRLFT  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      So far it does seem to be capable with the current hardware. I think that it getting more accurate about accelerating and committing to the movement at the right time will ease a lot of concern.

    Tesla may have hurt themselves by releasing this version to everybody. 12.3.3 seemed to have very few problems, but the 12.3.4 release has 'staging' problems, oscillating lane changes and more. I hope they can push out a 12.3.4.1 before my free trial ends.

    The city streets and highway stack were merged into a single stack in version 11 so there should only be one stack in version 12 ?

    • @CYBRLFT
      @CYBRLFT  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not with v12, that's why I put the screen shot of the release notes in the video. The city streets stack is now the end to end NN but we're still waiting to see the notes tell us that city and highway are on the same end to end net.

    Although FSD still steps on the curb, makes a mistake of turning right and turning left, and finding directions is not complete.. Thousands of people every day..1.5 million people every year are killed by so called perfect Human driver now around the world.. I think FSD is much safer than such perfect ? humans, and I think the more people use FSD, the less fatal accidents will be. What do you think? 🤔

    • @DerekDavis213
      @DerekDavis213 28 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      FSD is ok, as long as a human is watching *for* *every* *second* on the road.
      What would happen on a challenging trip if FSD was driving alone, without a supervisor? Disaster.
