We visited a Maid Dreaming in Osaka... was rather small and rundown and felt the maids were really being exploited for the roles. Food was rather disappointing too although the appearance was cute. Can't really recommend. Had a better time at the hedgehog, reptile, and puppy cafes.
I've been to this one... I love going there. It's getting a little on the tired side but i still love going to Japan,. and this is a part of it.
I've been like 30 times over the years...our train station home is Akihabara station...it's been cool to see how the tech and hotties have evolved.
I'm old, but the price is not expensive, so I can enter easily.
Before as a young lad I dreamed about this made cafe stuff now as an adult I would really just be grateful with a good meal tht is worth the pay and good view. But ofc to each their own.

I just found out that there are different type of maid uniform level. There are trainee maid dress, normal maid dress, and manager level maid. I found out by coincidence during when one of the maid got to promote from trainee.
Trainings uniform, regular uniform, dream uniform, legend uniform -> also season uniforms like christmas dream, galaxy dream,...

100% trash i went to this cafe and the customer service is sh*t.
i paid an entrance fee + food for the family and we got ignored 99% of the time except the part when we need to pay.
Did you try to speak Japanese???? You do know that most japanese are super shy when speaking english. Even if yoh speak broken japanese, they will approach you.
