How do you select a operator "-", within P6 EPPM 8.4 there is only a selection "&" possible. I still have to export the fields to Excel.

Hi there, I am struggling to replicate your video tutorial. Can you please show me how this can be done. In particular the global change. I cannot get anything to commit on my schedule.

Thank you for the tutorial. It was helpful as I'm working with routine work that continuously changes. I am currently working in P6 version R15.2. I can't see what version your working with; but, my question is this: I do not have the "Earned values" option under User Preference; do you happen to know where this option is so I can verify I'm using the "Budgeted values with current dates" option? I appreciate your help.

Kimberly Goff - I retired shortly after putting these videos together, am sitting in Mexico enjoying the good life. My P6 software is long gone, as most of my recollection of how to use it. However, you may try the following link - appears to answer your question. Good luck. www.planningplanet.com/blog/how-baseline-dates-are-calculated-primavera-p6-earned-value-management
