when Ctrl + C doesn't activite the macro, you probably should activate this in Excel by opening the properties of the macro. in this menu you can allow the working of macros from other docs.

If it is a small variance then please check the decimals. You might need to increase it in your P6 settings so P6 will accept them. Otherwise, we need to do further investigation about the reason behind it.
