I was in Iraq when Chris was there and he was our guardian angel for real! I never got to Thank him and shake his hand, I regret not getting that opportunity.. He is my hero and idol, I love him. I wanted to meet him more than any celebrity or any other person on earth! Rest easy warrior and I know ill meet you up above Legend! God Bless and ill carry your memory till the day I die. That's literally not what he did. And he was a sniper. Not exactly at risk to lay down his life on the regular.
He lost his life because he's a moron to the bone. He lied about killing people after Hurricane Katrina. He lied about punching Jesse Ventura. He lied about his medals and his kill count, all because he was a bloodthirsty idiot who wanted to be worshipped as a hero.
He thought shooting guns was good therapy for PTSD? What a fucking moron.

Its is just so mind blowing that 7 months after this interview, after surviving the murder and mayhem of the war in Iraq, he should be murdered by another veteran he was trying to help on his home soil. I dont get it, but I continue to put my Trust in a God who promises us a Life beyond what we can imagine here, and that will go on forever and ever. Praying today for his widow, children and family. He doesnt celebrate the 150 kills, atleast Chris doesnt. He thinks of it as he saved more then 150 people.

I had the absolute pleasure and honor of being in one of Kristopher Lee's (Marc Lee's brother) classes in college. I always *knew* about the war and knew about the sacrifices and commitment that our military must make day in and day out, yet I never really gripped that idea until I met Kris. He told the story of Marc with such pride and honor, I was so moved by the entire experience.
A great American... RIP Kyle... you've done what I never had to the courage to do.

I may not share the same beliefs as some but I truly respect every man, woman and child past, present and future that have served or a currently serving.
The ONLY reason we are given a choice these days is because these awsome humans choose to serve each for their own reasons.
If it weren't for them we would be drafted it's that simple.
So many veterans come home broken mentally and/or physically . And lets not forget that no matter how they return dead or alive their families need us just as much.
It kills me inside when people virtually spits on them.
Then fine man was 100% correct. It all starts at home. My dad was drafted before I was born in his country and he always taught us kids that respect is earned.
My mom and I whould cook, clean and babysit for fellow vets and families while my dad would do all the handyman stuff.
Every little bit helps believe me.
Love to you all.
And that's is why you have to stay in school kids, you cannot be a sniper without math, physics and english.

Chris Kyle was a great SEAL and great American. It is sad that humanity has wars. But the simple fact is we have had wars for thousands of years and sadly until the coming of the Lord we will continue to have wars. As hostile as it may seem Chris Saved his fellow troops lives, by taking out the enemy out that are trying to kill them. The Bible says "No greater love can a man give than that he lay down his life for another". War is tragic and really senseless,but sadly part of this world.

Everyone in office today should take a minute and listen to what this "Legend" had to say, he is a true hero, he is one of my hero's. Thank you to Chris, thank you to all the men and women and their families that sacrifice so much for all of us. Too many people take our freedom for granted.

The more I learn about this guy the more I love him. I saw the movie and heard the credentials but once I actually got to hear the man speak and understand his demeanor and all, the more I like him. He seemed very humble and very respectful. Such a sad situation as far as what happened to him.
