2 cups of flour + 1 tsp salt
200ml water 10g yeast + 1tsp sugar
When yeast is ready mix with flour and make the dough. Add little bit of oil over the top and let it rise 20-30min.
Divide the dough into the balls,small or large, your choice.
Make each flat
Heat up some oil and fry each till golden brown. They will fry quickly, puff up too.
You can enjoy them sweet or savoury ♥️♥️♥️
