PD rights restored in countryside locations

  • In this video, we’re looking at 7 properties in the open countryside. These properties are not in the Green Belt or a Conservation area. In every case, the householder is appealing against a condition applied by the Council that removed certain Permitted Development rights.

    If a council removes the permitted development rights or puts conditions on the development, is it possible to appeal against them after the appeal period has finished?

      In those circumstances, you will need to make a new application to either restore PD rights or to remove the condition. If it fails, you can then appeal.
