  • In this video I look at 5 appeal decisions against refusals to issue Lawful Development Certificates (LDCs) for a roof extension. The first 4 appeals were dismissed. They involved converting a mid-terrace hip roof to a mid-terrace gable-end roof. The 5th appeal that features in this video was allowed. I think this was a flawed decision on dormers for an end-terraced house and I’ll explain why after I’ve run through appeal decisions Nos 1 to 4.
