Love watching the videos man! I’m one of the tradesmen (Gutterman) that works on many of the houses you show including this one. It’s like watching your art project being presented for others to enjoy
Y’all are my favorite when it comes to showing a house….the quality, the music, opening EVERY door. These make me feel like I’m there in person looking at the homes and I don’t feel rushed. Beautiful!
You ever see a house so nice it would make you scared to die for fear of not living long enough to enjoy it properly?! LOL! Does that make sense?! It's like... Do I even have enough life left, enough days left to love this the way I think it deserves...
10 acres?! How the heck do people with 10 acres mow the grass? Maybe that's why they built a bar in the house. With that land I'm going to have 20 rescue dogs and tick off every neighbor. The view from the Primary bedroom is so serene. This home is a little bit of heaven. The lack of congestion. You have neighbors, but space. And, don't get me wrong, white cabinets are gorgeous, but it's refreshing to see a kitchen with color. Great tour!
Sam, please do a complete walk with us in some of your showings...not to minimize the camera work. I watch many home tours and this camera man is great. He is smooth, through, and most importantly, I always know where I am at in the home and how I got there. Good work both of you!
A house this big should have a formal living room, in addition to the informal family/great room.. Nice house.. but them developers be giving a lot less.. but charges a whole damn premium.
This is amazing the property is possibilities to build whatever you like there. I love the acreage and horse is stunning inside as well privacy must always in these type of homes, and this says lots of privacy. 💯👑
Looks nice, but from the outside it looks very square, boxy, voluminous and it lacks true character and architecture. I wish architects would stop focusing so much on big and giant, and start building homes that are timeless, with architecture details that are challenging to build, that’s how men learn.
I watch a lot of houses..This home needs full staging to sell. It doesn't match the gorgeous lot in WOW actor. They could ask a bit more but fully and warmly stage it!
My question is, who is buying these multi million dollar homes in Tennessee?! Is there a lot of foreign money there? Or tons of country music stars making millions of dollars a year to invest in real estate? And what happens when these homes don’t sell? A major price drop 🤔
What's become obvious after observing some of these Brentwood Mansions is that these Architects have no clue how to design/scale moldings for houses with tall ceilings and 8' high doors. The moldings are grossly undersized. I suggest they watch some videos of Brent Hull from Hull Historical in Texas. They might learn something.
The round mirrors are terrible…not because they are terrible but the sizing is terrible. IT makes me think the decorator purchased furniture and accessories having never seen the home. Things need to flow and those mirrors either need to be repurposed that makes sense or taken out completely. I also don’t like dark wood cabinets…bc it gives early 2000’s standard cabinets…much like how grey cabinets are 2010 chic…again it seems like 6 different interior designs experts that simply completed their rooms with zero regard for what others would do to the rooms they are responsible for. Craziest part is the outside has curb appeal x1000. So one we enter our we are happy and excited to see how spectacular and beautiful the inside will be…but it unfortunately doesn’t live up to the expectations our minds created from the exterior.
Never been a fan of a property that have too many windows every angle you look inside the home. Always feels to me, i'm not getting that privacy iShould feel when i'm in my home where iShould feel safer. Never understood what's the real reason behind that idea.
lol sold for $5.2million, never trust these videos because these inflated home prices are outrageous when you can offer 15% under asking at the height of the market lol

😂
What an amazing house. I love how the architect designing the home utilized every nook and cranny for storage.
The exterior looks like it was made from an enormous white and black Lego kit.
Yep this is my house! 😊 no one will buy it but me ❤❤ make that pool larger please
😂😂😂😂😂,amen to that mark 11:24

i love the way y'all tour houses, just a body-cam style and a walk around the house. it gives viewers a better understanding of the layout, LOVE IT
Yessss, I've been waiting for you to do this one!
Beautiful home. The kitchen is my favorite room in the house.

Love this !!!
Very light and airy except the kitchen then you have those dark cabinets which I wouldn’t prefer.

Is this home still available?

I’m not a fan of the cabinets either
Patio furniture is a no🙄

this house would easily be 60 million here in South Florida
I bought this. Got evicted.
Too many stairs.
Love house tours but who is building and buying these ridiculous houses in Franklin? These size houses belong elsewhere
I agree! I have no clue who is able and willing to pay 6 million for a house there.
contractor grade luxury. All these homes look the same.
lol sold for $5.2million, never trust these videos because these inflated home prices are outrageous when you can offer 15% under asking at the height of the market lol
☝️🤡 HOME SALES ARE AT A 40 YEAR LOW, to say sellers are panicking is an understatement. MAKE A LOW OFFER, someone will sell
