This Home is amazingly stunning, the placement of the windows letting all of that gorgeous Sun in is what does it for me.
This is the most beautiful apartment. I love the way he goes about his job. But the truth is; without making good investments, no one can ascertain the kind of money required to own such properties. I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 40.5 million. I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investments...
@@graywilliams_77. You have done great for yourself. I’m trying to get onto the housing ladder at 40. I wish at 55 I will be testifying to similar success!
Credits to ROCHELLE DUNGCA-SCHREIBER, she has always had my back all through the process of working and investing. You can glance her name up on the internet and verify her yourself. she has years of financial market experience...
@@graywilliams_77. Heard many good recommendations about ROCHELLE DUNGCA-SCHREIBER by some YT channels, Seminars and other platforms.
4.3 wit no pool is crazy to me
True. For that price I need a full basement also.. decked out. It is the premium finishes that make it so expensive ,btw. you can't tell by looking because the ultra modern stuff is not all ornate and stylized, but it high quality material that makes it so expensive.
Having never lived there I have to ask if the Nashville climate isn't good for opening the house up. The *vast* majority of the windows in the home are inoperable and that seems to be a theme with these homes. Is it just uncommon for the local climate? I have all my windows open in spring and fall (sometimes winter). I counted 5 operable windows on the ground floor and 2 of those were in the laundry room and one in a back alley hallway off the garage. These massive windows are gorgeous, but completely non functioning and it boggles my mind. If the weather isn't conducive to open up homes, then it would make sense.
For the east coast you will have to consider “mosquito/flying bug season” that I personally did not have to deal with when I lived out west (Nevada)…where I could leave patio doors wide open for as long as I wanted. Also, for roughly 5 weeks in early spring there is pollen season which for some can mean annoying allergies! Hope this can be a little helpful!
Only five? Still miserable here in NC.
@@codyboy8740 I get it. I'm about 30 min west of DC, so I know about the bugs and pollen. There's about 3 weeks you dare not open the windows because everything will be yellow. If the house exceeds 72, the AC goes on and stays on. Typically operable windows have screens. While they're beautiful windows, they're form over function. All those windows in the primary suite and only one tiny one in the corner of the room behind the headboard opens. That's just nuts to me; unless like I said the local climate is one where you have the AC or heat on 90% of the time.
@@DellyDoo I live in NC now and was surprised by no one ever having their windows open. We have operable windows with screens but it’s still just not done. I get it now bc even with the screen if those windows are open the bugs find their way in. We get like two weeks in the early and late winter where we can have the windows open and not have to worry about pests pollen or temperature control
The weather really isn’t great for open air…also, these higher end houses are built heavily insulated and nearly airtight. They can maintain comfortable temperature with minimum aircon or heat and are also set up for optimal humidity. Open windows would disturb that and increase humidity potentially damaging the interior.
That price must be a joke. The best features are the screened porch and the yard.
I'm underwhelmed by this home too.
Its a gorgeous home but im not paying 4.3million for a 5 bedtoom home...insane!
It's an acre of land so
The entrance is very poor design. Its more like a side porch entrance. What a shame.
Lot was bought for $700,000 and house was built at a MAX MAX of 225 per sqft. So (6,493x225= $1,460,925.) (+700k for land)= $2,160,925. 4.300.000-2.160.925= $2,139,028 profit
Yes, this is with other costs in mind, like 6% realtor fees, taxes, etc. But, this is a crazy profit.
Working for yourself and investing in real estate is the best way to make it! Trust me.
My husband and I watch your videos all the time. We really enjoy looking at your multi-million dollar homes!! I also love your music in your videos, too! I created a playlist of the music you feature in all of your videos. Sam and Brandon keep up the great work with your business!! I am now a subscriber. I wish you the best! We are so proud of you! ❤
Too much glass on the street side -- limited privacy.
This house is the best I've seen so far in this channel. It has great space and lots of greenery, great choice of color and palette and furniture.
Beautiful....those windows are just
WOW. what a house man this
is.l like everything.
1.5 mil and that is my final offer.
Looks just like the house the Mikesell's family bought ❤
That’s exactly what I thought.
Ok! This was a beautiful home! Love this one.
They have to fix that entrance its very underwhelming. Reconfigure the kitchen to make it less like a science lab class. I thought I would love this a lot more initially.
On Harding place. That area use to be the ghetto…
Beautiful, but for such a grand entrance (driveway, quadruple garage, grand windows flanking each side), I can't get past that tiny front door entrance.
He looks like Jeff Colby from Dynasty 👍😁
The perfect house for my family...❤
No va bè
Questa è più che meravigliosa
Beautiful house!
Paperwalls with no insulation and a lot of windows. No PV. This ist much to expensive and not future safe.
Noice...
I wonder if this is Dax Sheppard and Kristen Bells Newhouse? It’s gorgeous.
Im a bit past these black iron doors they are everywhere. they're like the new metro tiles... they will date very badly.
For once I’m paying more attention to the house versus Sam. He still fine tho.
Stunning! 😍
Anyone know the name of the dark green paint they used in the dining room?
Beautiful home though I'm not sold on the layout.
The architects made a major mistake with this one IMO not having a formal dining area. When you want $4M+ for a home the buyers are expecting more than bar seating. Seems like a fair amount of mistakes all around the kitchen area like not having the fridge accessible in the main area, etc. I'm sure it is a nice property but there are some basic misses on the layout.
the dining area is in the front of the house
The fridge looks like a cabinet in the main area. There’s two fridges one in the main area that looks wooden and one in the pantry that looks black. There’s also a dining room it’s the first room in the tour on the left of the main entry
I wanted to buy this house!
The presenter is so good and nice
Perfect perdect perfect😊😊😊
Beautiful home
I Love your videos

Hi Carlton

How do you reach the upper kitchen cabinets??? Never seen cabinets so high. What if you have kids?
Hide the snacks…😂
this is the best house I have ever seen
