Way over priced! I bet the builder is trying to make a huge profit on this, to fund his other house builds!
No way that's a $7m house. $4M tops. The upstairs has zero wow factor, and there's no pool or anything special for exterior. What a joke
Finally, a house where the builders didn't cut every tree down to turn the lot into an ugly dead zone. Nice details, good architecture, and landscape worthy of the price (unlike a lot others),
looks cool, but the upstairs sucks balls for $7million. Are these people on crack? If the upstairs and outside looked as good as downstairs then maybe, but come on you have corners cut and mixed design choices almost as if the money ran out and a new designer finished upstairs so they can list ASAP.

I get the appeal of living in major cities like Nashville but it's depressing to me that a home like this would be worth $7 million. It's def nice but no where near $7 million nice. So it's either the Nashville market itself overinflating the price, or it's the builders trying to make as much profit as possible.

☝️🌝 ..Homes sales as of today (12/17/23) are at a 40 year low.. theres no way this will sell anywhere near $7 million 😂. It's not just the price, it's the upkeep and full time maid service you need. Current trends are real estate will not increase in value, they will decrease and the operating expense of this monster will bleed you dry.
Nice quality build, no doubt. Surprised not to see a basement with home theater, bar, rec room, pool, sauna, etc at this price point in a not so special neighborhood.

Pricey, but nice. The master bathrooms nowadays yield so much floor space, It could be half the size. Also, I don't need an upstairs, the entire first floor fits my needs!

Is there a door on the master suite? Why isn't there a outdoor grill station and perhaps a firepit? I can't believe that at that price point the room is unfinished. Perhaps an elevator or a space for the elevator would be nice.

yes, theres a door to the primary suite.. i thought the same thing at first.. but you see it when the videographer walks out. lol
The video started so well and then it went down. 1. The video at that level of detail should have taken 10 minutes less, 2. The presenter disappears 3. The camera becomes wobbly, from the reflection it seems they are using some Osmo something or worse. 4. The video visit multiple times by the same places, often without showing anything new, 5. It seems the video was not edited after the first excellent minutes. I could continue but I don't want to be overly negative or harsh, just enough for the team to react and improve. You don't need a massive team or try to do a work of art like Enes Yilmazer, basic editing and used equipment will do. You can take a look at old Erick Conover videos (4 years ago) to see what is possible with used stuff. The house is beautiful, and I forced myself to complete the video because I know any start is difficult, but please try to keep the initial quality and edit, with iMovie for example.

A couple of things. I think that a house this size should have a formal living room in addition to the great room. As well as a home theater. So, the backroom off the great room can be converted into a viewing room/theater. But, its still missing the formal living room. And, that attic space on the 2nd floor wouldnt make for a good viewing room.. bc, I dont want everybody roaming through my house. lol The primary suite shoulda had a fireplace as well! Other than that. nice house.. clean and crisp.. And, I love the fact that he mentioned that he great room fireplace as is an Isokern.
Since it didn't come with a pool. And if anyone buys this beautiful home. Can definitely afford to get some pool guys to put one in the backyard somehow. And the home owners can make up the design of how they would like it to look like.

$7 million with no fancy heated Japanese toilets/bidets. The house is nice though. I would have added a pond or fountain since it has no pool.
