The whole point of this smart adapter is that it only turns on when the bike is running. And ya, i love how exposed the bike is

Will this setup power an action cam like a GoPro or Insta360 for continuous recording as well as charging the phone? Definitely like the Auto option, not wanting to add multiple SAE to USBs.
Yea, i don't see why it wouldn't - id imagine it would work. I've never tried though. I never record for longer than an hour anyway
Can you u se the smart adaptor WITHOUT the quadlock wireless charging pad? For example, can I plug my phone's USB charging cable directly into the USB lead that goes to the SAE adaptor?

I want to install this on my 60v stand up scooter my battery as you know is wired now do I wire this directly to my battery or do I need to use a 60v stepdown converter to 12v to prevent damage

Is it worth it spending €200 on a phone mount, vibration dempener and wireless charger? thats my only dillemma.
Is it worth it? To me it was not an option, i need my phone there and i love GPS, may not be worth it to others though.
@@ducatinyc Yeah true! depends on the budget of the person etc... I ordered them yesterday :) like you said, i need a GPS and my phone keeping it's charge. So not really another option. Still less expensive then a Garmin

Damn it all, if only I had put a tracking device on my Monster 620ie, I might know where it is. Some low life scumbags) stole my bike off my driveway last night between midnight and around 7am. I am devastated by this loss. I loved my bike, it was my first real bike, in such great condition with low Kms. Police notified, insurance claim in process and posted to social media but will it be found and returned, somehow I doubt it. So all I can now do is both wait and I guess try and find another one in good condition etc. The thing is there are so few available and the couple I have looked at on line are no way as good as what I had. I feel gutted.
Damn brother. DAMN. I'm so so so so sorry that happened to you. I know you loved that bike. FKN SAVAGES OUT THERE. Karma will get them and you will get a better bike.
@@ducatinyc Thanks brother, It sure does hurt. I can only hope these arseholes one day get to suffer, like I am. When I can find another one that is in the condition I want, increased security will be paramount.
Sadly, the police found it. All that remained was the frame, engine, fuel tank and a few plastic trims. And so it’s a write off. Hopefully, my insurance will come to the party to help ease the loss. What to do next, I just don’t know at the moment. I feel numb over this and just need to move on now.
