    Can you buy this oven/trailer combo already installed or do you need to order the oven and get your own trailer?

      2 years old and still no answer I would like to know if you didn't have a commissary how would you keep the dough?

      We like to add olive oil at the end of cooking to ensure it retains it's fruity flavor!

    But what about regulations in each area?
    So you mean I can get the set up , have my recipe ready to go and just pull up anywhere USA and start making pizzas?

      The oven is NSF certified so as long as you have all of your permitting for food handling you'd be fine

      MugnainiOvens I’ll be taking the VPN pizza class probably within the next 3 to 4 months. I think this would be a great way to get into the industry.
      Met a guy on Maui that does this near the beach , southside .

    Valoriani makes the inside of this oven, so Mugnaini just builds around it. Mugnaini is a great company though! Notice the V at the entrance to the dome on the top? Valoriani!!

      For a standard Neapolitan personal pizza, we use an 8 to 8.5 ounce dough ball.
