If it wasn't for the mobile pizza oven by this company, we might not exist today. As a pandemic raged across America with no end in sight, our concept for a fast-casual wood-fired pizza & sub shop came to a screeching halt. We were able to use the mobile pizza oven to build the Meadow's Italiano brand name around the Mooresville, North Carolina suburban area for eight months in anticipation that maybe we could someday open. Now with the mobile oven and our Pavesi RPM-120 in our brick and mortar restaurant we are finalizing a second location of operation. We wouldn't be where we are today if we didn't have the mobile oven. Forever grateful.

I usually do NOT like background music in a video, because it is usually too loud or just plain annoying... but this background music you can tell, it was made for this video... the tempo went with what we're seeing in the video...
