I'm often surprised by the number of our graduates who gain employment in places that apparently wouldn't accept them due to their lack of a degree or their nationality. According to the information that I have, your visa options would be very limited for the UAE if you are going their for the purpose of teaching English. I would suggest considering other nations that are known to accept qualified teachers from Uganda.
