You're close but PWM controllers don't really change the voltage, they pulse it. The fatter the pulses the harder the motor in the fuel pump works. That's why you have to shield the wires to the pump because it's a very noisy circuit. I just did an LS swap with an l76 from a 2008 pickup and it has factory PWM control for the fuel pump with a pressure sensor.

So you need to use shielded wire for the 525? Just goes to pump to relay then right? Nothing extra?

Looks great man. Love the wire management and the use of heat shrink. I’m running duel Aeromotive 340’s with the Vaporworx PWM. With the Vaporworx, I had to splice into my boost sensor on the LSA hood, as I regulates the fuel pressure based on boost.

    Is it necessary’
To run a hellcat pump for just a stock 5.3 or the Holley fuel pump EFI ok to run ?

Update? Just wondering of the Aeromotive controller is holding up?

Is this device useful to by pass the fpcm on 10-13 gm trucks?

hellcat fuel pump is $125, this controller is $400, i doubt you'll ever kill 3 pumps in the life of the car even running them 100% on all the time, i got 9 years and 150k miles on a 255lph pump running it 100% all the time off a relay. unneeded product unless you need to limit voltage to the pump because the pump is over-running your fuel systems return capacity, or if you have a returnless system. running just off rpm's as the trigger is not a 100% solution either, you can be high rpm low load or low load high rpm.
