I used the fuel system builder and paid the 25.00. Some of the best money I’ve spent on my project. Got a call from them a couple days after I ordered, detailed the needs, and system arrived a week later. Motion Raceworks gets 5 ⭐️.
I'm very thankful for everybody Motion Raceworks they where awesome in the past 3 months at the last minute helping me get the last 30% of parts I needed to basically to get my black 03 single cab 1500 running, driving and looking bad ass under the hood! LoL It took me almost 3 years to get it where it is now and it came out better than my original plans but it was a pain in the ass being poor saving money and buying parts and racing my little old turbo 99 Z28 doin my best to keep it running but it got to the point where I couldn't afford to be competitive it went a best of 5.38 @ 129mph that's all it could really do sitting how it is @ 3100# but my bestfriend bought the Z28 3 or 4 months ago as a roller and decided to finish up the old black Sierra inside and out its 9 out of 10 for a 17yo truck it had 79,xxx miles on the little v6 and 60e. I didn't cut any corners and done every thing right its got calvert leafsprings and caltracs double adjustable Vikings 4" drop out back and eibach 90/10s and springs sport lines maybe idk they dropped the front about 2.5" and I done a 5 lug swap up front, at the moment it's got the half filled ls2 block that was gonna be built for the truck but I ran out of money and threw something together with shit I already had it's got gen4 4.8 rods and crank with D.S.S forged pistons the LJMS cam,prc CNC'ed 799's and 102mm summit brand aluminum intake and TB with Bosch 210s off the bullet out of the z28 ( filled 04 ls1/6 block cast wheel Borg t6 88mm on methanol ) I had the cold side of the Huron speed single t6 kit powder coated black and wrapped the hot side and did what I could to make to the old 88mm Borg look good lol polished up the intake, motion valley cover and 4 corner steam I did my best to keep it simple and clean its on a Holley hp th400 swap factory case th400 with fti hard parts and valve body with t/brake. PTC converter from the Camaro it's a bad ass converter and works but could be better I got a 14 bolt rear end for free so I cleaned it up put a spool axles and a 4.10 gear painted the housing black arp wheel studs if it wasn't for selling the race car this corona bullshit and that sweet stimulus check this big girl would still be on jack stands instead of the sweet ass 17x4 alumastars and RTS single beadlockS77'S on Hoosier 28x10.5w's it's been to the track once 2 weeks ago and on the 5th pass went a 6.81 @ 105mph with no timing or boost lol the goal is to have a bad ass turbo single cab street truck that can run 5.90s its about 8 tenths away I know it's got it in it, that little 330ci ls2 and cast wheel Borg 88mm with t6 1.15 exhaust housing is meaner than I thought it would be and sounds pretty good with the 5" hood exit with the gates merged in for now im not cutting a hole in the fiberglass cowl hood its gonna get a 4" exhaust to atleast infront of the rear end. I'm loving it I forgot how much fun quick street cars I'm actually having more fun with this truck than my old z28 it may be alot heavier and not as fast but its damn good time playing around on the street and the track lol sorry for the long ass post I'm sitting hear bored to death and was thinking about my truck! Coming soon 20+ pounds of boost one the baby ls2 and some TSP forged rods and stock ls2 crank and a set of 823 rec port ls3 heads and 20+ pounds of boost
So let me run this past you I’m running the waterman racing mechanical pump. And I usually have to crack for a good 10-12 seconds minimum twice before my lsv starts on haltec I noticed that after a few or even a brief drive pressure will drop And I’m using a 12 an fuel filter and an areomotive regulator and external check valve so the system doesn’t bleed down when parked. I will notice pressure will go from 35 psi and at idle the pressure drops down to 7-8 psi and obviously no throttle response could I use a electric pump at the tank fcs cell along with the waterman sprinter pump
Say a guy has a 4303 pump and has the dual relay kit, but is wanting to upgrade his pump to the Aeromotive 10.0. Will that dual relay kit work fine with that pump?
You keep saying the 750 4303 has to have a dual 40amp relay but all you carry on your web site is the mp 1050 dual 30amp relay. Did you make a mistake and say dual 40 amp? Or is the part info on site incorrect? Thx
So I just had my 4303 pump rebuilt by Magnafuel.. they said the pump drew ~14 amps at 12.5-13V (can't remember what Jeff said).. that being said, why are the dual relays necessary? I plan on PWM the pump using an SSR with my Dominator, that's why I ask
Brandon Smith peak load and startup is much higher than that. They flow test them slightly different than real world conditions (which doesn’t make it a bad test for what they’re trying to do).
Brandon Smith I don’t think the relay or wire size is big enough to do so. However, there are other SSR options out there in the world that you could do so with. It’s not really necessary to pwm a 4303 tho with a proper size fuel return and regulator.
Brandon, I use a Crydom D1D40 SSR to pwm my 4303 with my dominator. I do it partially to reduce the amount of unused fuel being pumped through the engine bay. Heat in fuel reduces octane.
The 4303 isn't an in-tank pump, so you'd be looking at sumping the stock tank or finding a different pump. Aeromotive and Holley make large in tank pumps, but I'm not sure if they're drop in
This guy is the G.O.A.T. Right now with informative car building videos! With quality like this Moion Raceworks will be HUUUUUGGGGE!!!!!

Doug can you do a tech tip on carbureted fuel systems and regulator installs do’s and do nots.
Always great information. Thinking ahead for us!! No other compant does that, love the tech tip vids keep them coming!!
Thank you!

When are you guys going to start your own Swap Wiring Harness, for both Coyote and LS swaps?
Very good information!! I’m in process of getting educated on fuel systems now and you have definitely been helpful!!

Man I love Tuesdays! Wheres the doughneys at ?
Justina Stockings hahaha Wednesday’s are donut days

Look out for the NEW Motion Raceworks 'Milwaukee Battery Mod" 🔥🔥🔥

The MP1050 is the correct relay for that pump!
The 5.0 uses a 12orb inlet but a 10orb outlet
Yes, most fuel pumps are like that.
How cool is this. 👍
I'm looking for fuel system, setup for a 500 Hp Falcon. No cell. Std tank. Fuel pump, lines reg? Sender outlets
Head on over to our builder form as referenced in the video! We can make it happen!
Will a single 80amp really be enough for a 4303 magnafuel ?
4303 only draws about 15 amps @45 psi so as long as you don't do anything dumb with it a 30 amp will be enough.

@@MotionRaceworksOfficial then I guess the question is, what relay is suitable to PWM a 4303? The NOS one from Holley?
Brandon Smith I don’t think the relay or wire size is big enough to do so. However, there are other SSR options out there in the world that you could do so with. It’s not really necessary to pwm a 4303 tho with a proper size fuel return and regulator.

Do those Magnafuels 750 fit pretty easy in a stock truck tank? 04 suburban single turbo

Shit that people cheap out on. Engine management and fuel injectors/fuel system.
I liked the video, then saw I was number 666. I'm sorry but I can't have that in my life haha
How convenient that's what I'm doing right now
Perfect!!!
