I've been meaning to comment this in case you weren't aware , but I don't know how common this knowledge is, throughout my playthrough of The Remake I found out that Equipping the "Nostalgic Tunes" Badge , and then going to the Sound Gallery will let you listen to all the Original Tracks Again! Hope this Helps!

I think the coin randomizer makes the randomizer a lot less interesting? You’re already incentivized to grind enemies early for exp, and getting showered with items in the process means that once you’ve grinded for a bit you just go straight for shadow queen? It removes a lot of the progression.
This on the remake would've been nice on the eyes and would've been even more fun considering the quick pipes to the different places that could be randomized
Idea: You can only use special moves for over world enemies. On bosses, you can only use items, hammer, jump, attack, items. You can’t be a pacifist and have to defeat 1/3 of the enemies in the room

Note that this does not apply in the Infinite Pit mod, where this logic has been updated so that most items the player can use, enemies can also use (i.e. an enemy can use a Spicy Soup if held in Infinite Pit, but cannot use it if held in the randomizer) When will enemies use items? -Damage dealing attack Items will have a 20% chance to be used on turn 1, increasing by 20% each turn. (20% turn 1, 40% turn 2, ... 100% turn 5.) -Status items will always be used by an enemy as soon as possible. (as long as there's an enemy that doesn't already have that status. I don't know if you played it or not but you can try to play google translated version of ttyd called book of mario thousands of doors, trust me its funny when you just read the texts and all,its littearly translated on a horrible way
The editing on the first run felt a little confusing. You go out of your way to equip Spike Shield, saying you want to have it on for spiked enemies, then immediately cut to a room of spiked enemies and say you can't jump on them. You Say Power Bounce and Power Lift are your win conditions, but later casually have Power Bounce equipped without ever showing when you got it.
I don’t have a clever excuse for spike shield lol, but I think I got Power Bounce without noticing and forgot to actually say anything about it so there was nothing to show for it
Personally I think the fun of randomisers is doing things out of order and finding the pieces you need to finish the run, not doing it as fast as possible! I would much rather have seen you try to fight gloomtail at level 2 than lose on purpose for "optimal play"

Ohhh I didn’t realize it was a double dip while playing, that makes sense because I’m 98% sure that Double Pain affects enemies when they hold it
