Hi do we need new blood samples for reverse typing to same patient that have previous reverse blood typing results?

No. In fact, you would want to use the same sample for both forward and reverse. Typing using different tube increase the risk of the wrong sample associated. However, you would want a different draw for re-type or type confirmation.
