I’ve been dealing with postpartum sadness and rage, and I came home and thought man I have to do a workout. I know that’ll help me through this. I just finished this workout and I feel so good. And yes, I've done multiple rounds of PT, special programs, etc. I've been told my only option surgery, but I'm not doing that. Despite the lack of progress in closing my dr, I do feel stronger and healthier. Looking forward to another year with you 😁

I’m 4 months pp and have pubic symphysis still. I gained 100 pounds with my pregnancy. These workouts have been helping me heal faster, the pain is real during the workout. Afterwards, I honestly feel so much lighter and relaxed.

It's hard to find a good cardio workout for diastasis recti. Mine is pretty bad and so I'm grateful to have found a solid space that I can find good workouts that are safe.
This was my first workout since giving birth one month ago. So nice! Great to sweat again, thanks! I unfortunately have an apron belly after pregnancy so I really hope I can get rid of it naturally. I had abs before I got pregnant, but now it's just loose skin, covered in stretch marks and hanging down. Not very cute! I want to be a good mom and I also want to take care of myself. I am really thankful for your videos!

Love all your workouts! Into week 8 with only Sunday as my rest days and my body has changed so much! I am 2 1/2 years postpartum. I went to therapy for my pelvic floor, I have a 3 finger diastasis recti gap and the exercises they had me do never helped. Did them every day for 4 months and nothing changed. After 8 weeks of your videos it’s down to 2 fingers and I have soooo much muscles in my stomach! Including my arms and legs. Thank you thank you for these videos! Also, could you please share where you get your outfits?
On week 2 day 3 of the January month workouts, love them and finding them a really good way to get back into exercise. Can I ask you where you get your exercise clothes? Every outfit you have worn in the videos I've watched so far have been lovely!!

I’m not sure about your individual circumstances and how long it’s been etc. I suggest you take the videos to your doctor to ask if they think it’s beneficial for you. Hope you recover quickly 💞

Usually clearance to do low impact postpartum exercises is 6-8 weeks after a c-section. So at 6 months it should be safe unless you have another complication. Are you able to see a pelvic floor Physio? They are amazing!

Doctors usually give clearance 4-6 weeks after vaginal delivery or 6-8 after c-section.
