Is that what I say was true? If you are a home buyer and you should do enough research before make the deal. None of the gossip should hurt you. 😊
@@raymondchan4062 lol
@@raymondchan4062 if u dont have anything nice to say about other people’s properties, maybe u can just keep those thoughts to urself? Different people have different priorities.. not everyone buys a property for resell, or for the facilities, etc. .. i bought it after thorough study n consideration based on my needs.. so i doubt we need opinions from people like u who dont think highly of the project n whom priorities do not allign with ours.. as i said, keep ur negative thoughts to urself.. ure not even from our community.. u dont even know how happy most of us are with rc.. some may have different opinions but u dont have the right to invalidate our thoughts n demotivate rc owners.. grow up..
@@Jrrjrrjrr thank you for your good statement.
Yes I agree, its people choice even they have do research. Dont downgrade/degrade people who wanna buying the property. Not all people do investment / stay. Up to them what they wanna do & choose for their property.
Bro, I will be waiting you to review Duduk Se.Ruang by Ecoworld. Please 😂
Come to Sabah and check out our expensive property 😂😂
Very "OUG Parklane". This developer's design DNA has always been the same: "practically" over "bells & whistles".
First time seeing so many home owners showing up in the comment section, somewhat an indicator for the density itself 😂
Everyone’s viciously defending their nest egg. Time to add some salt and vinegar to stir the hornet’s nest. lol.
The name of the residency bear lot of weight to our well respected leader...hope it wont tarnish the reputation
Definitely will have parking problem for customers/visitors that doesn't stay at the condos
Gong Xi gong Xi!
Gong Xi Far Chai to you & may wish you good health, take me see good property everywhere in Malaysia, prosperous & good luck on everything. Gong Xi gong xi..
Same to you and the family yea!!
If these call high dense, how would you call citizen okr? 600k per house with few projects squeeze together but only limited entrances😂
Not bad 460k
Oug Parklane!
Interested to have a look at 99 residence ? Just VP😂
Of course!! I haven’t got any access to check it out yet.
Very hard bro time is money, imagine you’re in middle of CS or dota match and you gotta go to pee. 😂
Lol
the window frame is looks like the cheap quality one
Lol.. pay 400k-500k and expect 800k quality.. in KL** 😂
@@T21608JR well thats half a million a unit with density of 5k units, kl location only doesnt justified that kind of quality
better build yourself😊
@@aiwenzhangwhy don't you with extra swimming pools and convenient stores around?? 😅😂
❤ Totally AGREEABLE that this is a fabulous project with much POSiTiVE ViBES.
Be BLESSED & Pleasant Days 2u

All reserved parkings, visitor can't hardly patronize the shops leisurely. Parking ramps too tight. Too congested!
Crazy waste of space with L-shaped balcony. Should extend fully and use triple-pane windows for noise control.
There will be a limitation of built up by the authorities on the developer. But great idea:)
I saw the reviews on the management isn't that great, can someone who stays here verify this?
With the amount of population and free maintenance fee for 8 years, you can't expect the same as the high-end service appartments
Personally, I felt this gonna to last for first 2 years when every owner still need to perform handover, defect fixing. I think, coming from ratio of landlord vs management office manpower, is huge.
This mini what arh ? Hongkong Singapore etc 😅🤣😂😅🤣
Hahahaha. Compared to this, M Vertica is nothing right hahahahaha;)
@@iherng 😅🤣😂😂🤣😅😁
@@iherngm vertica is cramped with other projects around it.. there is no other project surrounding rc.. hence, cant really say it mini hong kong la.. if this one is mini hong kong, what do u call a low dense project in setapak/wangsamaju but with tens other projects surrounding it.. compared to that, rc is nothing, cuz our exit is directly to the highways/main road, n not small roads with bunch of traffic lights
@@Jrrjrrjrrokay okay, RC is the best. Congrats to you. Hope you have a good life.
Avoid traffic lights and small roads for waiting for lifts, and most probably, stop at a couple of floors. Looks like the same.
Wonder what the condition will be in 30 years
Well at least we document now. Let’s see again 10 years later:)
"Promo sm" 🤤
KL sky view so overrated lah bolingx
first!
Extreme high density with no public transport with massive road noise next to it? Who allow this project to happen?
I bet Sean need to yell during the whole introduction because the road traffic.
There lrt salak south, walking distance 10 min, downstair shutter bus to mrt chan sow Lin took abt 7 min journey... They aint so bad before u pay a visit...
Personally, I'd never buy any property with the Razak name in it no matter how economically viable. Yeah.. nahhh.. too much negative stigma attached to it.
You should definitely do a Sims 4 gameplay to let us know your take on a dream house or a good design.
