    I hope the people that had to move either got moved to a nice place that they can afford and isn’t far or got properly compensated. Otherwise it will be another kg baru incident. I live down the road from here and there were a lot of protests about this. Bangsar is already so jammed. I can’t imagine how things will be in the future. Sadly been here since the late 80s and now we just want to move out cause of the congestion. Not to mention floods getting worse on that road. But thanks for the review Sean. Nice to see the details of all these projects

      @@iherng established neighbourhoods / townships need to be planned carefully. this so called redevelopment is total nonsense as there will be increased density (which you have rightly pointed out) which will cause massive traffic congestion, noise, pollution etc / water supply & pressure will all be affected . Every square inch of Bangsar is being granted approval for development - green areas / road reserves water retention ponds / conversion of residential units for commercial use, you name it. etc. international lifestyle & vibe? difficult to justify same. social ills pub brawls crimes & thefts are ever on the rise to be accompanied with increased dirtiness clogged & stinky drains wherever you go . quality of life have all but deteriorated significantly in Bangsar from over development over the years. just tear down and rebuild the PPR. That should be the only redevelopment that our sorry authorities should be looking at.... since the sorry state of the PPR is also due to poor management by the Authorities... in essence, the residents now living in Bangsar are now paying the price for all the Approvals for development. Can't touch Damansara heights as there are too many VVVVVIPs residing...so land in Bangsar is systematically cannibalised with justifications only the authorities can find logic in. Good if you can do further in depth research on Bangsar !! Good townships don't last forever as it will eventually suffer the same fate when the land is ripe for the taking...ever wonder why authorities never stop granting development approvals? Does Bangsar need more high rise high end development??? when will it ever end?

    Bangsar Hill Park name is rather captivating until you see the location and its surrounding. Plus. there's an apparent mismatch between the floor tiles and the ID ! having said that, still look good overall

    Great job. Bummer another round of MCOs for you; probably our last video for a few weeks.
    From the other comments from locals, doesn’t sound like they’d want to live there. So would these rent at a profit to those expats you think would like to live there?

    • @iherng
      @iherng  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Mark, thanks for watching. Well, I have done a few more shooting earlier as I anticipate this lockdown to happen. So no worries as the reviews will still be published.
      Well, every site will not look as pleasing during construction. And this will be ready only 4 years later. So at that time, I'm quite positive on the rent.
      Take care yea Mark:)

    I love Bangsar, it is a posh address but this plot of land... Ewww, it's disgusting :(
    Density is crazy and at the back of the condo is the old and run down government flat. It's sad how the developers are exploiting the customers

    • @iherng
