Uganda has to be firm in it's words. Even officials have to rethink before saying something on the media. If you say express is 2 days please keep your word. Because people will lose trust in words of officials. I think you need to hire more data analysts to help you out. Don't just guess periods without collecting enough data. All he is talking is nonsense, why did they chose to change from the old passport when they knew they had a backlog of returnees who were stranded outside because of lockdown and yet they had no capacity of giving passports not even to the first time applicants. That's a lie. USA is one day as long as you show proof that you traveling in a week. Ordinary is 2 weeks.
