- National Hurricane Center Director Dr. Michael Brennan said Beryl's eyewall is starting to organize and showing signs of strengthening as it moves up the Texas coast. Beryl is likely to intensify before landfall, possibly as a Category 2 hurricane.

No men, I dont want to cause no alarm, but dont let your guards down, in 2005 we were supposed to get a cat 1 hurricane "Wilma" in Miami, but we ended up getting a major cat 3 hurricane in the middle of the night shooting winds of up to 137 miles per hour, it was catastrophic for us back in those days I remember, my best wishes to you guys up in the south Texas area, rgs
@@edgarchegwin961 a Cat 3 with winds upto 130mph?🤔
@@brolymeng7946 Cat3 111-129 mph winds
@@theirmom4723 I know, but the winds surpassed 130 mph, check out what is in records for "Wilma" in 2005 in MIami.
@@theirmom4723 Read this from the records of "WIlma": Unfortunately, the opposite was true for all of South Florida. The worst case wind scenario - a rapidly accelerating, gradually strengthening hurricane with increasing girth - unfolded for one of the more populated strips of land in the U.S. The eye of Wilma raced ashore near Cape Romano (southern Collier County) at 25 mph at around 1130 UTC (730 AM EDT), carrying minimal category 3 sustained winds (111 mph) with gusts approaching category 4 strength (131 mph).
God be with all of you and keep all safe 🙏

i called that yesterday...as many people did for sure.....prayers they cant handle more of this!
They are milking for Cat 2. Barely it will make Cat 1.
Just as i have predicted. I also predict a hurricane will strike the east coast anywhere from Georgia to NC in late August or early September
will this hurricane season be worse than average?
@@BondJames-vz5wk it's expected to be that way
🔮
@@BondJames-vz5wk yes. There is a strong La Nina forming
It probably won't make Cat 1.
The path of totality storms, the eclipse explained it all...
Beryl was Onnnn!. Didn't Strength! But the folks were Predicting Mann!.

Western Texas needs rain much more than the eastern part. This is bit disappointing.
Maybe Hurricane Beryl is the Hurricane to end all Hurricanes. 🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀
The NOAA guys don't seem to realize that we don't need to see their guy, or emblem nearly as much as the actual hurricane screen.
Too much dry air funneling in

How can this be a category 2?
