The past 3 years have changed my life completely with this series! To answer anyone's question, NO, this is not the last time you'll see a video featuring your suggested rejected updates. However, it is the end in THIS format. We're all sick of the SMW sky music theme, the "thanks for playing" intro, the "now it's your turn!" outro, so I'll definitely be incorporating comment suggestions for future videos but in a different way

Don’t worry we have removed the battery so the switch always boots up, if it doesn’t boot up, we avoid all responsibility and will refuse to fix it. That’s so fun playing as long as you can

mario paint feature: it makes people be able to draw things with all of mario paints features into the level and decide if they kill you, if its a platform or a powerup. oh you can only draw with analogic btw

We have prevented restarting and exiting levels, closing software, cartridges coming out and switches breaking which loses peoples progress but now people’s games crash which also loses their progress so we will add a save button and add restart and exit buttons, home functionality, no sealed shut cartridges but the switches will be coded in dargonite still

Rejected update: split thwomps. When it lands on the ground, it turns into two smaller thwomps that also land on the ground, and then the smaller thwomps split into another pair of smaller thwomps, and it just keeps repeating over and over. It never, ever, EVER ENDS!
I been watching the other cuts and the 20-25 part separately so this helped my life

Rejected update: spiky koopa shell, Mario touches it and dies. This also happens when he jumps on the shell!
Rejected update: fart sound effect.
Put it in a block or enemy and then it will fart. Plus an ON OFF switch that changes the gravity upside down, press it again to turn it normal.
I've been here the whole way through, and I'm so glad to have seen you take this so far across the past three years! This is by far one of my favorite types of video to watch, (although, unfortunately none of my suggestions were ever used). Congrats on the huge success of this series, and thanks for making it so enjoyable!

Rejected: New game mode: Super Mario Run! Now you can feel the nostalgia of Super Mario Run with the narrow screen, and only one control: jumping!
Rejected updates: shops in super worlds and custom mini games! Create your own mini games and sell any items in your shops!
When I first watched this series, I thought it was an official rejected updates video. You have an amazing way of making this series seem like it’s an actual Nintendo video

Wait... I think you could've added a "Restart from Checkpoint" button, and maybe disable Home and Power Buttons, Disable the Cartridge Slot (Unless you Downloaded from the eShop), and Coat your Switch in Dargonite only when you play a level (Not including playtesting). Oh and add a setting for if you want The Home and Power Buttons, and Cartrige Slot Disabled, and Drop Resistance during when you play a level.
Rejected Update Idea: Negative coins - Collecting them will reduce the coin counter. If the coin counter goes less than 0, you die.
I found a rejected update: The return of Amiibo on SMM2👍
What's funny is that some of these ideas actually sound neat x3

we thought that having to jump on the other players to steal their keys is a little too difficult, so now we're making it so you just have to touch them! you won't even know who has the key at any time because of how easy it is to steal!

Rejected: Online enemy mode! Play as an enemy in other people's playthroughs, and see their shocked expressions when a goomba starts chasing them to kill them!

Idea: Maybesolids. Semisolids but they are only solid some of the time. Good luck figuring out when to jump!

idea: a powerup that can still have you get one shot while making any power-up you take become points instead of powering you up is ultimate troll potential, good luck finding a cronch trap that won't kill you as both big and small Mario or else you're stuck :)

2:has no bosses and variants to items
3:there is no eraser,so if you miss place something,deal with it.

New idea: People are accidentally walking away from their console and sleeping to save battery when they lose a level. So to fix it, we will Gorilla Glue anyone to the surface they are standing/sitting on.
Idea 1/4: Pi coin: gives you 3.1415926535879... coins and the coin counter covers your entire screen because of the infinite decimals
Idea 2/4: Colon block: allows you to fuse 2 items together and put it in a block
Idea 3/4: Walking switch update: First, we removed the restart button because people kept losing checkpoint progress, then we removed the exit button, then the home and power functionality, then we made the switch unbreakable, and now because people keep accidentally giving away their switches, we added an address tracker that saves your home address and when you give it away, it will walk back to your house
Idea 4/4: New emote: We've added the Dab, the floss, and take the L, now, the next emote is naturally the griddy
the reverse see saw is actually a really good idea for parkour
