Seth Kenny provided dummy bullets that had no rattle to the movie set. The Sheriff department ignored this danger, and used Seth's help to pin the live bullet mystery on Hannah. Then tried to hide bullet evidence from Baldwin's lawyers.

He is incredibly intelligent and gets his point across without yelling or acting like a jerk. Some defense lawyers get too into the theatrics.
Unless we believe that Baldwin meant to shoot that poor girl, it is ridiculous that the prosecution service went ahead with this case against him. It was obvious who was responsible for this terrible accident and she has been punished for it. This undisclosed evidence and the testimony of this lady, the Seth Kenney the supplier and the prosecutor herself proves that there are others who share responsibility. The prosecutor is beyond contempt and the people on here who despite this new evidence still hate on Baldwin are demented.

@@bobfincher1767 I don't know if this is your first day but... that's a rule for the real world with real guns. Actors have to point guns at other actors and cameras. The issue here is the supplier, Seth Kenney. A set ammo supplier isn't supposed to be some tweaked out hoarder, with real guns and prop guns, and live rounds and blanks all over, and unorganized. No documentation or sales receipts.
Research what documentary Halyna was working on after rust then watch pervywood Alec Baldwin section and you may just take a whole new look at this situation

this crime scene tech was arrogant, smiling, and LYING. She had been empowered by her supervisors to fib until the cows come home. Once the Judge asked this CST questions, the balloons of deceit lifted away.

I trust that "lady" on the witness stand about as far as I could throw her,,,, which is NOT very far at all. She was pretty shady acting at times in this trial and Hannah's trial.

@Jenahh-aye This is a great facts cause Mr Kennedy statement that he doesn't like Ms Hannah that why he switched bullets with the real bullets and Ms Sarah pretending 2 watched the movie stuff while Hannah was using the restroom
The man with the messy home, all trash on the floor, but he took the time to clean the bullets, with a messy home, you got to be kidding. He is a messy person. It took a month to search his trashy home.
A lawyer on some show I was watching pointed that out too. And how he remembered details about a lot of movies and other things except he couldn’t remember any critical dates/details smh

Prosecutors have been doing this for years and putting innocent people in jail because they want to get bonus points for some bizarre reason other than just keeping to the law they refuse to lose even if they have to cheat and lie and I think there should be laws that stop these people from creating false Accusations and withholding evidence there should be consequences!
