Adaptive Blade Repair Workflow
The process begins with generating a probe program using the theoretical CAD file. As probing progresses, the coordinates are captured and used to create the real CAD model. With the real CAD model in hand, the repair program is then developed.
Once probing is completed, the CAD and toolpaths are updated automatically to reflect the real-world data. The newly generated program is then simulated in NX CAM to ensure accuracy. Finally, the DED adaptive repair process is applied directly on the actual machine, completing the repair workflow with precision.
