thanks, but I want to ask when make drilling for the board as shown below there is a metal, when make drill if the bit hit the metal pad it will be broken, can you please explain how to avoid this?

Simple question : How do you reposition the plate after manual operations ?
This requires high-precision assembly of the machine or xy limit switch or willow pin fixation. The engraving machine probably needs to test repeated positioning.They add a spring to the z-axis to avoid repeated positioning of the z-axis. Generally, the machine does not tighten the milling cutter so that the z-axis returns to zero and then tightens it to achieve positioning.

Very nice CNC, it's a shame the cost. Almost $7000 NZD by the time I would get it to me. 1/2 that and I would be interested.
Yep that seems so much more convenient than just ordering a pcb that turns up in a couple of days
The thing should also be able to cut a solder paste mask. Apply solder paste > place components > melt solder with hot air iron > apply additional solder where needed.
the laser could also heat the solder joints very accurately once the components are in position. this is basically a laser engraver

так это и не фаб на дому, а просто для быстрого прототипирования, если нужна металлизация, маска и прочее - проще заказать.

@@WZombie47 это видео презентация фрезера, тут и не такое покажут. Зачем прототипу маска? Лишнее действие. За одну установку фрезернул и просверлил, дальше в химию и готово. Тут односторонний текстолит, нет переходных отверстий.

can i get an expert who can make a cell phone circuit board that can get charged directly from the usb charger without the battery being inside the phone just like a laptop?
Why is that?
It is very expensive
I like it getto style:
- get a free/really cheap old laser printer
- get a glass container (e.g. for cooking)
- get the required chemicals
For the actual design you can even use MS Paint. LOL
The stuff in this video is too fancy and expensive.
Used to do that way when i was a kid, with iron and glossy paper but when you grow up and have some extra money on the side you can upgrade by eliminating difficult procedures.
