Really good detailed review. In one of your other videos you point out how other developers reduce size of furniture, which is really helpful to people new to buying a home. Message to all developers: build in realistic storage in every bedroom. Apart from the primary in this particular property, you get more storage in a hotel room, not enough for a growing family.
I liked the ground floor layout/design. For the rest of the house i only liked the staging / accessories etc and colour schemes. The size/layout of rooms are far too small wouldn't be very practical for a family of 4. The brass tile effect in main bathroom was my only like, and the wardrobes in all rooms are extremely limiting.

The fact that this is so spacious but still smaller than the average house size in the US is crazyy. I love this house so much!

The turret would make a fabulous home office, no doubt. That's what I'd probably use it for.
What a stunning house. The kitchen diner is amazing. Not keen on the study; small and awkward IMHO. Upstairs is lovely especially the family bathroom

Not sure on the kitchen size, the actual kitchen and also that garden with kids isn't that big
