I saw Ross Noble in Glasgow about 25 years ago. In this 30min podcast video he is exactly the same as he was doing a 2 hour gig 25 years ago! He is one of the sharpest wittiest friendliest comedians we have in the UK. What a top fella 👍
Both Ross and Omid ❤
I'm sure he was funny back then, but I imagine he has improved.
Ross is a top bloke. Always has been. A good friend of my brother and 4 years below me in school. Hardly changed at all and a truly unique comedian 🤩
Ross bears a little resemblance to Nicolas Cage, like he could be his scruffy Half-Brother, livin’ in a Caravan out the back of the Mansion.
This has reminded me of how likeable and funny Ross Noble is. He's brilliant and I love that he freestyles his comdey rather than writes it
I was in a film with Jon Bon Geordie (Elevator Gods) and I also worked with Ross on Free Wheeling as a Scotsman, sword fighting on the streets Sunderland. Loved todays vodcast, Ross is a great guy.
I think this may be my favourite yet. I had to keep rewinding the podcast because I was laughing so much!
This could be the funniest interview you have done. I cannot stop laughing! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Good interview as per usual. Must confess that I've never seen Ross live, but I do know that he's come to my hometown of Nottingham a lot over the years, I'll see if I can bag a few tickets.
Haven’t seen him live either. Maybe I’ll catch him in Australia sometime
Thankyou for this 👍
Really enjoyed watching them riff off each other, could watch that for hours ✨️
December 1980 (Lennon), November 2001 (Harrison), January 1924 (Lenin).
What a great pair of raconteurs.
I run the pub quiz down the local and I'm defo pinching "in or out the Cage" genius stuff
The Best 🙌
ross ❤❤❤ so genuinely and naturally funny
Brydon and Ross Noble. Two of the most naturally funny people in the world
Ross Noble getting distracted? When would that ever happen! Go see him if you get the chance. The show has a great name and he finesses quickly :)
What a lovely podcast. "It's very relaxed." 😂
Having seen Ross live a couple of times I don’t know whether to believe a word that comes out of his mouth or not in case it’s part of some long and elaborate bit 😂
Ross Noble, solid gold bloke.
Liam Neeson was in the Michael Collins movie, Daniel Day Lewis as in In The Name Of The Father which was about the Guildford Four.
And I broke my foot at home, dealing with an epileptic cat. Life.
dynamic duo indeed.!😆
virtually an aussie.!
mr noble is one of my top 10 favourite
“funny funny, ha ha persons”
😉😃
✌🏻🌏🇦🇺🤘🏻
He's definitely picked up a bit of the accent
perfect ending line
I love the tip on LED's. Thanks
I liked Ross’s story about his wife’s narcoleptic horse😂☸️🙏❤️
"Suzi Quatro" 😂 Good one!
I met her brother, Audi, back in the '80s.
@@euansmith3699 That's a good one too 😆
I remember Ross Noble riding around Australia and checking in with Triplej Radio station years ago, so funny.
Uncle Bryns Turkey trip is never talked about😂
"Michael Collins Movie" : I can also attest that it was directed by Neil Jordan. I know that because as an extra in a crowd scene he asked his AD to move me a little down the crowd. Ah, my close up in the crowd was pending ! And then again mutterings with the AD, who came and just said "Can you move, like, over there. We can see your head in the shot, and your flatcap looks too modern". Jeers all around fot the young fella with the wrong hat. So what if it won the Golden Lion, I'm still put out 😠🙃
I watched Neil direct Cillian Murphy in "Breakfast on Pluto". It was directly outside my then gf's house in Belfast, quiet street, Cillian in full drag just below the upstairs window I was leaning out of.
Watching 'Allo 'Allo with the subtitles on is just brilliant fun when Officer Crabtree says anything. How they got away with him talking about bumbers and farters is beyond me. The classic line of his has to be "you made me look like a right duckhead"
2:50 - Was a round in a panel show called 'It's only TV but I like it '.
The best cover band name I've come up with is "Icing".
😂😂
That was one of the fastest half hours of my life
Why say we can listen to the full version wherever we get podcasts if it isn't on TH-cam, which is where I get my podcasts? It's confusing to me why you'd be misleading on that
there are other ways to get free podcasts. Does that make sense?
CHUCKLE BROTHERS! Right on!
When did they die - 2nd guess gets the Brucy "Higher or lower?" Treatment
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Coming soon to BBC1, Would I Die To You
Would it be possible to get Sophie Ellis-Bextor on the pod Rob?
She's not funny.
Ross is so funny on stage. Can't wait for my bf to see him this year.
Odd, i went to lancaster for the first time a few days ago.
Goodness gracious. George died in November 2001, and John died in December 1980.
We never got the Christopher lloyd story!
Or how Ross would prefer to meet Nicholas Cage 😀
Brilliant crack man-I bought a Nic Cage t-shirt at the Monday market here -it's a bit tight on me but one of youz can probably wear it --I'll send it -What's that film where he teaches a young lass to grift and she does him over at the end? -class Cheers -Geordie Dave (still in Thailand) x
Thinking of catching him on tour , Problem is im laughing so hard now im worried to see him live would actually kill me.
Do it!! ( what a way to go)
Iranian Embassy seige, May 1980.
(Apollo mothership) Michael Collins: 2021
Neil Armstrong: 2012
Buzz Aldrin: 95 tomorrow!! 20/01/2025 Happy Birthday Buzz
I am legitimately going to play In The Cage or Out The Cage with my movie buff friends.
If you like Ross Noble, do yourself a favour and watch a film called Stitches
It's a low budget UK horror movie and it's terrific :)
13:54 No anymore, so he claimed on an interview a bit back. He said he's paid all his deabts he just likes working.
Ross Noble - Ron the hedgehog Jeremy's long lost son?
Another mention of Matt Berry.
Foreshadowing of a future podcast?
Oh, let's hope so!
John Lennon 1980 RIP. Lenin 1924. Great idea for a show guys but probably best to have the answers. unless your audience are care home residents in which case it wouldn't matter.
Gordon Kaye is dead now, though
Gorden.
Audio keeps dropping out but closed captioning hilarious. Car boot seal was the best.
2001
I think it’s about time you had a trim Rob cmon you’ve let yourself go a bit , pull yourself together man and uncross your arms when your talking to Ross.Enjoyable interview nevertheless!
😆
✌🏻🌏🇦🇺🤘🏻
I can't be the onky ibe who thinks Ross actually looks a bit like Cage.
11:00 Google makes these games irrelevant. 29th of November, 2001, of lung cancer. You're welcome.
Ross Noble is one of those special comedians who've never said a funny thing in his entire career; it's an incredible confidence trick he's mastered.
You’re thinking of Alan Davies.
While I disagree with your opinion, I do appreciate that you chose to say it in an interesting way
@@daruddock He's in esteemed company of some comedy "greats", he does the same shtick as Robin Williams, it's a subtle mind-control trick that as soon as you're aware of it, you can't help but see the Emperor naked.
Have you ever been to one of his shows? His randomness is hilarious
I honestly don’t find Ross Noble the least bit funny.
Lennon 1990
Lenin 1924
Elvis 1977
George Harrison 2001
Lennon 1980
cor I would have gone Harrison as late as 2012. No idea.
