lol its so weird watching Ross speak and actually stay on topic for more than about 6 seconds. A living legend of comedy love him
My wife and I run a small Thai restaurant/ take-away in regional Australia , located just around the corner from the local theater. Ross was booked there for that night and we were packed with people getting a feed before the show. The theater owner , a regular customer , told me that Ross might drop in for a meal and sugested that he didn't like being recognised.
In walks this little guy wearing a flat cap who quietly orders a meal . It was Ross . With his hair tucked inside his cap I didn't realise who it was until he spoke . I played it cool and took his order as I would from anyone else . He sat down and ate his meal with his tour manager and then left to get ready for the show . His larger than life face had been plastered all over town for months , as his previous show was cancelled due to floods . Not a single person in the restaurant, all of them Ross Noble fans , recognised him . He is much smaller in person than he appears on TV.
Fantastic. The comment , “ If only I get a ten minute phone conversation with Mel Brooks it would have been worth it “ got me.
Thanks for the Mel Brooks anecdotes. That's a great way of describing him.
Ross was on Richard Herring's RHLSTP and he told these and a few more Mel Brookes stories.
He nailed that Mel Brooks impression. What a great actor
I’ve seen Ross Noble live a few times. He’s the only comedian whose made me laugh so hard I couldn’t breathe properly. It hurt so bad! It was great! Great interview too.
I met Ross once, chatted for a good 20 minutes... bloody nice bloke!
Glorious recollections of Mel Brooks….. one of the top 3 funniest people that’s ever lived…you two excluded, naturallly
Great comedian.
Lovely Mel Brooks story, that's something he will be telling his grandchildren.
He is a truly inventive comedian. He ca improvise a full routine.
We all need a lot more Ross Noble in our lives! A great comedian, but an even better story teller.
One has to love how Rob gives us the blooper reel & deleted scene content at the TOP of the show instead of making us wait for the Blue-ray edition.
Those Mel stories…. Mwah! *chef’s kiss*
Those Mel Brooks stories really are wonderful
That was never 15 minutes just now! Love your story telling Mr N 🍻
Ross is just my most favorite not only comedian but person in the world he's so charming, humble, funny & down to earth fella ever :) no time is enough time when your talking to Ross Noble 😁😁
I heard Phill Jupitus describing meeting Mel Brooks as a great experience. The man seems to enjoy great respect in the comedy community.
This just in: Mel Brooks respected by generations of comedians who grew up idolising him
ross noble what a natural, such a non pretentious human being
I love watching your interviews BUT so far, this one with Ross Noble is my favorite. Please interview Rhod Gilbert. South Carolina
so glad to know Mel like Ross. My favs.
Ross Noble's mother taught me needlework. This sounds like a Noble joke, but is actually true.
What's your point....
(sorry couldn't resist, had me in pins and needles and was giving me a stitch so I had to patch it in there 😂)
Such a noble man
I've had the "taster" now I'm going to Spotify to listen to it all!!!!
I love meeting new people with you, Rob. Ross seems like such a great guy; like everyone else, I could've listened for hours to the two of you chatting. Thank you!
Thanks 😊 Nice to see Ross & yourself Rob 🇦🇺
LOVE Ross he is so lovely, he looks like someone who would give great hugs!
Rob, thank you for these! You are such an awesome host/interviewer. You create a great informal environment, always ready with a joke or your personal story, but being careful not to interrupt your guest. It feels like we have all gathered at your place with a glass of something good, having a great time. :)
Ross is hilarious!
These should be much longer, like literally 10x longer.
I listen to this on Spotify. Im sure I speak for many and also not for all when I say do these for three hours pluss. The limitation is hampering things. Especially with Ross. All the effort to get you together. You may as well capitalise on it. And the people that don't wana watch as long. They can do it in chunks. Love the show. MORE!
Also can you not put the video on Spotify?
Thoroughly enjoyed your chat. Can’t wait for your next chat with Ross. Ask him about his experience over here in Australia 🇦🇺 on our Celebrity Apprentice with Lord Alan Sugar 💕🐨🦘🇦🇺
Just lovely.
Hope to catch you when you're in OZ, Ross...great interview, Rob. 👍👋🇦🇺
These interviews are great. Just wish they were longer!
I blummin love these convos. Thanks Rob, that helped with me finish my hour on me stationary bike, time flies when you’re having fun 🤩
Really enjoyable, thanks Rob and Ross
Rob I must say I love your approach to these interviews and how nice you are to everyone!
I know this will be good ...two legends
That was lovely as always. Thanks to you both xx
Brilliant again, that really made me chuckle.....
Always love these. Full audio on Spotify is good and worth doing, but maybe like, a Patreon, to see the full videos?~
Hilarious 😆
As always a good interview and such a shame we have lost Ross to Australia but I wonder where is heart really is, nation -wise:)
I love these little chats, but this is my fave so far!! We should have a whip ‘round to get Rob some new slippers 😉
That was glorious. Fantastic stories. Thanks Rob.
superb!
What a Guest!
Fantastic interview ...Cheers guys! 🎸🤘😎
Great! Ross is so original and creative! Lovely interview. x
Just! Good Shit! 👍
They are both great on Just a Minute
>interview starts
>Rob’s webcam in focus pure HD quality lighting microphones blurred background
>Ross is pure potato on apple buds
Great stuff. Looked like it might be a bit spikey but once Ross got going he took over and just went for it.
More Please' Rob . MORE MORE MORE'
Ross!!!!!
Great interview. Had me laughing.
Talk about cutting someone short 😅 Rob, if you had to go, you should have left the call and just left us listening to Ross' anecdotes for another 15 minutes 😂
Rob, could you please please please discuss your hair transplant with all of us? It is a fantastic job done by the surgeon.
If 2022 lays hands on the comic genius mentioned in this interview, we're gonna have issues
Rob, you're one of the BEST. I've followed you since the first time I saw you. I loved Gavin & Stacy - even your character. But your appearances as both panel member and host of so many wonderful foreign TV quiz shows. How far is Britain from the UK? Can you fly there? Is that what the underwater tunnel does? Anyways, great seeing you again. Do stop by more often. And PLEASE remember to say hi to Stacy for me THIS TIME.
Loved him on the Apprentice!
Ask him about his riding around town on a unicycle!
Whats with the two mic setup?
Food cand food movies games ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤brother 6
Slipper...... nice...
Ross, you look exhausted and in need of lots of sleep. I’m not sure the 6 hours is enough for you!
When I first heard of Ross, I thought his name was Ross Snowball. You're welcome 🙃
Ross does a good Mel Brooks!
"Ross NOBLE MARK two"......hey would that be Mark Noble 🤔
So you were on the Beacons, covered in mud on a bike, and need to be at the sound check in 45 minutes. So where was the gig? Brecon?
Swansea.
"done a bit o' starin"
AHEM. This interview proves a point. The time thing, like not having a chance to chat after you guys have worked on so many shows for so long... You must be working way too tight. This interview could have gone on for another 3 hours and nobody would have minded, including you. It's horrifying to think that all those people don't get a chance to just natter.
This is a perfect example of you interviews need to be longer. I do get that these are edited
What a JOY, to have had times with Mel Brooks , It's Good to be the King, Hey Josephus, Hey M....Fckr, Hilarious films, oh, Bikes... Well, that my Welsh brethren, it was not enough. If I'm honest. And I like to be honest, so here it is. Are you ready Robert, are you sufficiently seated. OK here I go.
We'd like more.
I know that was demanding. But. It's how I feel. Forgive me.
Way too short Bryson, Ross was only just getting going……….this is not the first time one of these interviews has been too short, is there a per minute call rate ? 😀 sort it out man
Rob! When are we going to have the one where you discuss your hair transplant?
I ended having to go google and then watch some Bradley Walsh halfway through this and come back..
Do Steve Coogan.
I want to see how the real you and the real Coogan get on after seeing your slightly…. abrasive relationship in your Trips.
I disagree with Steve’s dad, I’m pretty sure he’s an OK guy really! 😏
Black getting it to color your hair black
Withe you have a y e hair to Grandpa Grandpa how you doing
Rob Brydon is a legend but why is he sitting like that lmfao, it looks so awkward and uncomfortable
Peggy monster she 45 Nov 11 25 78 for men withe
Ross is an itchy man
Comedian that's a loose term.
seriously dudes you guys look like you both have a bad case of lice
For God sake you're going to be interviewed...can you at least comb your hair and put on a button up shirt...
Two comic geniuses but the bad language SPOILT it
I wish there was someone we could complain to but, luckily,I am going to see Millwall tomorrow and I know The Millwall Dockers will mind their p and q's...
Jennifer, these are the end-times - you won't find that sort of 'chaste' behaviour anywhere I'm afraid. But fear not - World War 3 is on its way and that will bring the curtain down on all this nonsense. Enjoy the rest of your day.
Does 'spoilt' have a special meaning if it's in upper case?
Spoiled not "SPOILT."
You really can't criticise their language.
Your misuse of the English language is atrocious.
The only bad language committed during the interview was when Ross said "Literally."
.....and genius doesn't exist.
You either put the work in
or you don't.
