I watched many videos of this case:
    1. It clearly shows that the mother knew about the daughter's pregnancy. And the mother has a reputation of being a Karen in the town.
    2. Pictures of the K*ller shows she was having a very visible baby bun.
    3. Autopsy of the infant clearly says the child took his last bread after being born in the washroom
    4. Once instance, the mother reminds her daughter about the news of some girls going into jail for similar actions and It gives a vibe that they had had a discussion about getting rid of the child back at home or something before coming to the hospital.
    5. Most importantly, the K*ller is not a minor, she is an adult.
    6. K*ller hiding about her pregancy to the doctors in many occations and taking a toilet trip before giving birth clearly shows she knew about what she was to do.
    7. She had ripped off the ambilical code ofthe infant, and if she didn't know about it how would she know how to rip it off after a birth.
I recommend the jury/judge at the next parol to take her mother in to custody and run a full questioning round to understand if he has any responsibility to be accused for 2nd degree murder. Take back the k*ller into custody and accuse full charge against her for first degree murder of an infant.
She is being released: WE ARE LOSING THE TRUST WE HAVE ON THE LAW. NEED JUSTICE FOR THE INFANT.

@Master of Wit... Me too. I got pregnant with 18 and shortly after my 19th birthday I had my first son. My parents didn't talk to me, I was kicked out at home, everybody I knew told me that I should have an abortion.
With 21 weeks of pregnancy I was in the hospital because of several health issues. There I suddenly lost a baby in the toilet. I immediately called the nurse. They wanted to clean out my uterus right away, but I said I wanted another ultrasound before I would allow it. Everybody was angry at me in the hospital. They saw me as stubborn brat and clearly they had checked and had seen that I had lost my baby. This was 1982, so for ultrasound only a few doctors were available. Everything had happened on Friday and I had to wait until Monday. And when the doctor made the ultrasound exam, she discovered, that I still had a baby in my womb! If I would have given in, my first born son would have been murdered by abortion! Later a midwife explained to me, that I must have had non-identical twins, so every baby came from one egg and both had their own placenta. Therefore I was able to keep one baby, even though my second baby had died.
I was a very shy girl and never really spoke up. But when I was pregnant, I was completely in mother mode and even started liking being a woman. ❤
So NO, there aren't any excuses for this murderer.
Cheers to all parents, who got pregnant in a difficult life situation, but still chose responsibility and gave their love to their unborn baby, so that it could live! 🎉

The mother is the root of everything that has happened here. This girl was so terrified of her mother's response that rather than reveal her pregnancy, she murdered her own baby. The mother's reaction to it shows how absolutely evil she is. No remorse or concern for the baby, or even concern for her daughter, just anger that she didn't know what was going on.

I've watched several videos of this event and neither mother nor daughter seemed surprised nor did they cry tears. Just a whimper from the daughter who said...nothing cried, nothing cried, it didn't cry.
    It was heartwrenching.

She doesn’t even have the decency to say “He”… only “It” or “Nothing”. No acknowledgement that this baby was a human being or a helpless newborn baby. That’s what really gets me next to her murdering her newborn baby.

It’s so strange to witness the continuous and persistent infantilization of this 19 year old woman. She’s barely a teen anymore and people insist that she was naive or intimidated by her mom or something. She knew she was pregnant and carried full term. Her friends knew and she was in a hospital of all places when she delivered. There’s absolutely no excuse for this atrocity and evil act. I hope she’s punished by the full extent of the law. My thoughts and prayers to those working that night and the life that was carelessly stolen.

Sometimes people don't know. I worked at a large hospital that was part of a University. One case I remember, involved a young boyfriend & girlfriend who were students at the University. The boyfriend said he was on the phone with his girlfriend's mother because his girlfriend was in the bathroom having a lot of stomach pain that was getting worse and he didn't know if he she needed to go to the hospital, if it was her appendix, or if it was just the flu.
While he was on the phone, he said his girlfriend let out a blood curdling scream at the top of her lungs. He rushed to the bathroom and found her over the toilet and a baby in the toilet. He got the baby out of the toilet and called 911.
The ambulance came and the baby survived with just a small bruise on his forehead. He swore they had no idea she had been pregnant because she had been on the pill. I totally believed him. He was surprised, but really happy to be a new dad.
      It happens.

I feel so so sorry for all the staff at this hospital. The nurse saying he was given no chance to save the baby really got me. My heart goes out to all of the hospital staff. These police officers too .... beneath the badges and uniforms they are dads, brothers etc, they must feel strong emotions also, but like the hospital staff they remain consummately professional. As for the girl she's obviously terrified of her controlling entitled mother.
