- A 19-year-old from New Mexico is scheduled to face trial in the coming months following an incident at a hospital. Alexee Trevizo claims to have been unaware of being pregnant when she arrived at the hospital. The teen expressed surprise at the events, stating there was no possible way she was pregnant. To be realistic, she doesn't pose a danger to others unless she gets pregnant again so bail is probably right. But the trial should have happened much faster with that amount of evidence.

Considering that's what she killed this child over, you're right she should have no prom, no graduation etc just for the mere fact that this child was sacrificed merely for those reasons....she didn't want to be bothered with that baby. Apparently she hoped that no one would discover her murdered son in the trash. She wanted her baby boy to rot in a landfill like he was trash because she had dehumanized and discarded him before he was even born. Alexee is a monster. I cry when I think about how that innocent little baby suffered before his Mom murdered him. My son was hooked up to a lot of machines after he was born because he couldn't breathe. My baby boy opened his eyes when he heard my voice after I finally got to go see him in the nursery. He looked at me and squeezed my finger with his tiny little baby hand. Alexee's baby boy probably reached for his mother's warmth and voice before she ignored him and wrapped him up in a garage bag to suffocate to death alone and in the dark. I sincerely hope that Alexee rots in prison for the pain and fear that she caused her son to suffer before he died. That baby boy deserved to be held by someone who cared about him and to live a long life filled with love. Alexee took that away from him and her freedom to live a life filled with love should be taken away from her.
I suspect everyone involved is dealing with PTSD, especially the teenager. It’s absolutely tragic and her mom was clearly overly strict and was so scary that she didn’t feel safe to tell her.
This doesn’t excuse the behaviour, but at least it gives us understanding for such a horrendous thing.
The fact that the mother through this whole thing started to accuse the police and then try to sues the hospital is gross. I can't believe they'd both end up accusing the hospital of killing the baby

To hear the nurse say that the baby was inside the bag that had been twisted at the top and tucked underneath so it wouldn't come loose, and that the plastic was suctioned to it's face is just heartbreaking. It died of suffocation in that bag. I'll never understand how someone could do such a thing. Especially a mother to her own child. That is just so evil.

What gets me is that the hospital is literally a Safe Haven to drop off unwanted babies. What Alexee chose to do to her baby is unfathomable.

I like that this is a known fact about the hospital. The jury is going to have a hard time believing her lawyer’s claim that the hospital killed the baby when they ARE a Safe Haven. Doesn't make sense.

This would not give a medical staff PTSD. If it did they wouldn’t be able to work in the ER. My mom was the director of ER nursing and you have to have a certain mentality to work there. What would give you or I PTSD is just next shift to them. Time to go save lives. Everyone you’re seeing every day is having one of the worst days in their life, but for ER staff it’s Monday or whatever day of the week, you know what I mean. These people are built different.
And Alexee and her Karen of a mom are actually attempting to sue them.

Alexia and her mom made a horrific situation worse by hiring an attorney that filed suit against the hospital and nurses say it was their actions that killed the baby not Alexia. They claimed they didn’t automatically do a pregnancy test when she came in complaining of back pain and gave her morphine to help control the pain and that was the reason for the baby’s death not that Alexia killed the child. Alexia did not mention she was pregnant or had missed periods and mom claimed she was a virgin after the baby was delivered. Evidently Alexia failed to mention the fact she no longer a virgin to mom. Pics of her from school clearly show her pregnant- how a mother could miss that is beyond me. None is so blind as someone who refuses to see.

@hypsyzygy506 Spot On! For those who don't know her Mom threatened to sue the school district for HIIPA violations if ANYONE at the school spoke about Alexee and/or her pregnancy. The school sent out a notice that any student commenting online, social media or giving interviews would be expelled and parents risked civil suit. So no one has spoken to anyone except the DA investigators.
My cousin's stepdaughter goes to junior high in her district and apparently it's "small town vibes" there so everyone knows everyone and the story is that her sister helped her hide the pregnacy with big clothes that she loaned to her. Her Mom is KNOWN in the area as a "Karen". So her sis, boyfriend and ANYONE who changed for Gym or Cheerleading with her DEFINITELY KNEW... and so did she.
I believe just the fact that she gave birth *SILENTLY* gives her guilty knowledge. If you don't know and you're in THAT MUCH pain, you scream for help but, she kept everything quiet that she could. She just couldn't hide the toilet flushing... 😔

Legally, it’s important to make the distinction. If, for example, she walks free after the trial, she would be free to sue any media outlets that claim that it isn’t an accusation. Until it’s settled in court, she is accused.

I suspect the act that leads to the pregnancy was what her mother told her about. Whether the issue is lack of protection or before marriage, I suspect the mother put a lot of pressure on her to not do anything that might result in pregnancy.

Her initial reaction is just off to me. Just like her daughter’s emotionless reaction to giving birth. It was a full term baby!! They didn’t even care to ask about it. Poor baby😢 there are people who pray to have children and they can’t, and she just kills hers and throws hers away like it’s nothing. It’s just sick
The nurses and doctors would’ve done everything to help her no matter what. She had nothing to be scared of. Instead she chose to be selfish.

You are in a hospital. You have a multitude of staff waiting and wanting to help you. All you have to do is walk out the bathroom door to help waiting on the other side. There is no excuse for this!!!
